Hashire Kazemeijin Even though I have no real motivation or reason to get the game and this is irrelevant, Mizu yu told me Sword/Shield wasn't popular.
Yu lied to me if what I read on the past 2 pages means anything. I believe MH Wiki had a vote, and among it's readership out of all the weapons in MH3, SnS got dead last in usage. LS got first, Switch Axe second, GS third, Hammer next I believe, then lance, guns, and SnS last.

<.< Lances aren't that popular, but they gave it new moves that make it super broken.

Lord of Armageddon So I'm now playing my very first Resident Evil game... Which one is it? The latest TPS ones have been amazing. The on rail shooters for Wii have been good too.

It's the Gamecube remake of the first game. Not too impressed with the controls, but the atmosphere is nice and it's got some of the best graphics I've ever seen on the Gamecube.

No.
I've looked at the Wiki, and aside from a piece of furniture Mizu showed me in an attempt to persuade me to buy the game, there's nothing really that fits my play style.
No Stealth things, no Bows, no Dual Swords, and no *real* Daggers. What the game calls daggers are Short Swords, if anything.
If someone did get the game for me, like for my birthday at the end of this month, then I'd have a reason to play, and I like to have plans for things like this.
That said, the only thing fitting for me to play as would be to make a female chara, use Kani's persona, and have the flower-esque Hammer.

I was never big on the original series. It is too much like Metroid with all the backtracking, but without all the awesome. Hashire Kazemeijin No.

While the alluring lotus is a great hammer, I would suggest trying out a few other things as well. Some of the monsters aren't susceptible to paralysis.

That's kinda the main thing that's pushing me away. I'm generally adaptable to what's usually best for a situation, but I like to link my original characters to games like this, which I really only have one option to. Other thing is a lot of the other hammers don't look appealing x.x
Forgive me, I'm quite picky.

Forgive me, I'm quite picky. I don't wanna force you to play it if you don't think you'll like it. It's just that it is so good. I don't want you to miss out. I will agree with you that it is a bummer that bows, gunlance, hunting horn, and duals were taken out. Lord of Armageddon So far it's like Eternal Darkness, but without all the cool sanity effects...and the workable targeting system. Yeah, I have played a little bit of it. I prefer Eternal Darkness still XD.

Like I said, I'd play it if someone got it for me, I just don't have motivation to get it for myself.
I don't think that counts as forcing.
