Only it goes a mite better than normal, as in, after his first customer, the finds a nobleman who wants to procure his services... for the rest of the evening. And is very very good. He winds up sleeping there instead of going back to the ship like he normally does.

Except Orient doesn't notice this, because Uriel doesn't come to his bed everynight. He eventually falls asleep in the early morning.

And Uriel doesn't get back until late afternoon. Because that was around when he woke up. He bought a few books in the market, as many as he could carry, and then goes back to the ship, going to Orient's room so he could put them in the storage room.
