Leo nodded, "or a sweet bun, that sounds very good as well." he tried to not notice as the people gathered inside slowly began to recognise Elliot's white hair and ears. he stood next to his husband in line and moved the cloak back, Yuki coming out from underneath and looking around curiously at the customers. Eyes slowly turned to him and he stood straighter, thanking the lord that the eyes quickly turned from him to Yuki, who wasn't sure if he enjoyed the attention or not.

Ruik put on a hurt face, "i would hope you think me more of a gentleman that that! i'd take you to dinner first." he smirked and accepted the jewel back, "yes, i was hoping this method would preserve as much of the stone as possible." he looked it over once more before twisting the ends of the silver tendrils and melting them together, creating a loop for the chain to go through. once it was set, he put it in water to cool. "shall i leave polishing to you and get back to work on the swords then, future bearer of my children?"

"Yuki doesn't," Leo replied as the baby buried his face against Leo's chest, hiding from the stares. he smiled a little in reply and inclined his head, the others returning the gesture, before looking back to the front of the line.

"Becky, no!"

Leo felt a small tug on his sleeve and he looked down to see a girl of no more than three or four. she smiled and pointed to Yuki, "Baby." an embarrassed woman hurried to pull the girl away.

"I am so sorry,y our majesties, please forgive her, she's just a child."

Leo smiled and crouched down, adjusting Yuki so he was looking at the girl, "it's alright. she's a baby herself." Yuki locked his gaze on the girl, "that's right, he's a baby. see? Becky, right?"

The woman nodded and the little girl slipped out of her hands to stand right in front of Leo and Yuki, "baby!" she laughed and Yuki held out his hand, which she gently took, "mama, baby."

Leo nodded, "yes, i'm his mama."

"Daddy?" Becky pointed at Elliot, but she saw Rin and her eyes widened, "Baby!" she looked at Yuki and then to Rin and finally at Leo, "Two baby?"

Leo laughed a little, "yes. Two babies. brothers."

"Brodas!" Becky clapped her hands and ran back to her mom, "brodas, mama, baby brodas!"

Leo stood back up, "she is darling."

the mother bowed a little, "thank you, majesty."

Leo inclined his head, "it was nice to meet you, Becky." he gave a little wave, which she returned before her mother lead her out. "we're next," he informed Elliot, the line getting smaller.

Ruik shook his head, "we'll spring for something nice with all the money we are earning today. and booze. lots of booze, to celebrate." he was already working on the next sword, polishing and fixing chips.

Leo followed Elliot to a table, everyone relaxing after their conversation with Becky. Maybe they had been nervous until they saw that Leo and Elliot weren't the snobs expected from royalty, though why snobs like that would be going into a bakery by themselves was beyond him. "a whole half loaf, hm?" Leo eyed Elliot, "hungry? or nervous?" he took a bite of his sweet bun and sighed happily, it was divine.

"we've found another thing we agree on, there's nothing better than a nice warm spiced wine when it's cold outside."

Leo lifted an eyebrow, "having your office in our bedroom will certainly help," he smiled and leaned over to kiss Elliot's cheek, "We will work this out together, my love. we'll find time to spend together, we can have a set time every week if we have to. or make it so that you must share meals with us at least.things will only get strained if we allow them to become strained. no matter what, i'll be right here, at your side." Yuki was falling back asleep against his side, the excitement of his abilities and the shop wearing him out.

"as soon as you finish polishing the necklace, go and get us some. get the good stuff, not that cheap swill that's everywhere. and we'll get ourselves a real feast later too."

Leo glanced around, but the people in the shop were careful to not watch them, giving Elliot and himself privacy and he appreciated that. Elliot pulled away and he nodded, "you always have worried more than you needed to." he shook his head, "what have you done? my dear, i wonder that every day. all you did was be your kind, wonderful self, that was all you did to deserve someone like me."

Ruik gave a little wave as she head out, "be careful. no drinking before you get back here!" he was finishing the blades and started to work on the jewelry Amy had left.

Leo adjusted Yuki to give himself a chance to look away, "Elliot-" his voice was soft, "we both know why i cried so often before. it wasn't your fault, it was my-my training. i was so scared. the only thing that would save me was my tears, when a-" he glanced around before lowering his voice further, "when they were angry and i was going to be hurt-begging didn't do anything, but tears, they liked tears and would go a bit easier on me. i had conditioned myself to cry, and you had to deal with it. for that, i apologize."

Leo met Elliot's eyes and smiled into the kiss, "you married me because i bore you heirs," he teased, "but thank you all the same." he heard a soft little giggle and turned to see a couple girls watching them with smiles across their faces. he blushed a little and looked away, "We're in public." he reminded his husband, finishing off his bun. "finish your bread so we can see if they have finished."

Leo shook his head a little and stood, taking their dishes to the counter, "If i didn't love you so much, i'd give up on you. we were drawing attention, and what do you think they will do as soon as we leave? talk. gossip, by the time we get back to the castle, the entire town will know you have a 'woman' by your side and two babies." he wrapped Yuki up and pulled the clock over the both of them before stepping into the cold, not that they won't find it out by tonight, but still!"
