I live on a creek with, like, five neighbors. :p
Got a railroad track about fifty feet from my house, so that's fun to listen to in the morning.
Most interesting thing that happened to me was my Sophomore year in High School. Neighbor up the street shot his wife, then shot his father-in-law four times in the chest. Shot a cop in my yard, then burnt down his house with himself in it. Was in school at the time, looked up at the T.V. where CNN was on and I saw my house.
Cool thing, the father-in-law survived. Me and my friends have called him a Tank since then. Dude's a beast.

Broken people.....
I literally live in the middle of the woods.... there are a few houses around, but most are meth labs. Bad juju walking in the darkness of night with no lights from anywhere but the moon on gravel roads with inbred redneck methheads hanging out.
Seriously, scary s**t goes on up here......

I live in Reno, NV... Just ridiculous people honestly, haha. Homeless, gang members, and crazies. But it is all good I suppose. I do get to walk home through it all at night, haha.
