Trigramatic Tails nodded. "You know. Tickle you until you cry uncle, or get Typhlosion to sleep with you like you're a teddy bear." He was silent as it dawned on him that encouragement was often used as euphemisms for more sinister punishments. Punishments that left marks. "But he'd never do anything that would hurt. Or make you feel bad. And he really does know how to encourage someone when they're training." He tilted his head, then looked back at me. "Just keep trying, Tristen." I said. "We'll work with it, a little at a time." Tristen then went back to trying out focus his electricity in one spot then looked over at Tails. "Hey Tails? How long did it take you to learn Energy Ball?"

"It took a few days to learn to do a weak one," Tails answered, and sat at the table. "First was feeling the chi out. It was new to me. Then I had to form it. It was a lot of repetition, and Blizz didn't push me if I got tired. I kept going though, because I didn't know how to pace myself."

His hand continued to spark erradically. "........" I looked on as he tried to concentrate his energy in one spot, after a bit of time however, he seemed to have been making a bit of progress...occasionally he seemed to have been making electric sparks come from the one spot on his palm, but was starting to get irritated when he couldn't do it again immediately after. "Come on, Tristen, you're getting there."

Tails rest his head upon his arms as he watched Tristen work. He'd never worked with electricity before. He didn't know how different the chi was. Celestial and Fire was easy to ease into because of his experience with fire, and Vulpix became attuned to celestial chi as they grew. He wondered if Tristen would need to stand in a plains in the middle of a thunderstorm to truly commune with his element.

He wondered if Tristen would need to stand in a plains in the middle of a thunderstorm to truly commune with his element. Time went on and I went on to go finish my 2nd Coke. Tristen was hard at it still until he started to get the hang of it. It was coming out of the palm of his hand, right in the center. "I...got it?" Tristen said, holding his hand up. "Not quite yet." "But you said-" "Wait. Now try having it come out just one of your fingertips. How about your thumb for instance?" He looked at his hand then started to try to work something up. It was a bit to try to have it come from the palm of his hand, but now work it to make his way through his thumb on a whim? It took a few minutes, but he managed to do just that. "Ok, how about your index finger?" "What finger?" "Your pointer..." I said. "Oh." Again, another few minutes, but he got it that way. "Are you seeing what I am trying to go with this?" I asked.

Tails nodded as Tristen showed success in each task. "Just be careful how you point your middle finger," Tails said. "It attracts birds."

"Huh? Attract birds?" Tristen asked.
I sweatdropped from Tails's comment. "No no..." This left Tristen a bit confused to say the least, as demonstrated with a tilt of the head. "Anyways, this is you trying to control the Thunder chi in any way you see fit. Right now you're only are trying to get...a feel for it, I suppose you can say." I told him. "Manipulate it on a whim. Intensify it or absorb it if you wish. Whatever the occasion calls for." I explained to him. "And not just do it on that hand there. Try it on your other hand." I said. "So here, I'll tell you what. While I arrange to get a suit of clothes for you to train in, I want you to try to practice moving Thunder chi like you were doing." I said. "Then we'll go on from there, ok?"

"And if you need it, I can demonstrate how I move heat around," Tails offered. "It might help you realize how much freedom you have in moving it around."

Sub was downstairs in the HQ's control room, where the controls for the building's power grid, alarm system, surveillance system and more important the SNAG network server, was housed. He was working away on a computer that was hooked up to the SNAG network server, or what GRAY liked to call it, his body. The server was obviously off as anyone with a SNAG could tell, they would be unable to do much of anything, like make calls or send messages, the most they could do is things like access the Pokedex or the map, stuff like that. "Ugh, this is going to take longer than I thought. Damn that safeguard, sometimes I think its more trouble than its worth." Sub grunted.

Shirubā Shirubā looked up in surprise when he was thrown onto the floor. "What the h**!" he said in surprise. "What kind of person throws someone for calling them a kid. I could kick your a** for this." He rolled over and picked himself up, dusting himself off. "But I have a better idea," he said, looking at Cinder. "Let's see how strong a Bronze really is."

Doragon Zantenpesuto Doragon smirked when he saw Shiruba hit the floor and get up. "Them's fightin' words," he said, still smirking. "Alright, I'll take you on. And if I win, you'll have to show me the proper respect. Deal." Doragon then stuck out his hand for Shiruba to shake.

Shirubā Shirubā thought for a momment before shaking Doragon's hand. "I don't know this place as well," Shirubā said. "Lead the way to the battlefield and I'll follow." He looked over to Cinder, who had been sitting down on the couch, cowering, the whole time. "C'mon Cinder," he said to his Cyndaquil. She nodded nervously and walked over to Shirubā.

"Ah ha! I think I got GRAY back up and running!" Sub shouted out loud in excitement as the SNAG server suddenly powered on and began to whirl and whine. "Live my creation, liiive!" He said with a cackle, and then looked around to see if anyone noticed his little outburst. "Ahem...any who, I am quit pleased, now just to wait and see if GRAY's programming survived the involuntary shutdown." He said watching the server's status on the screen before him.

"I have to admit, I'm surprised that it'd remain operational after that. I fear the day we meet a hybrid of more ghostly persuasions, if only for GRAY's sake." Sol spoke up. He wasn't far off. "As for your antics, worry not. Those won't be leaving this room or my ears."

Doragon Zantenpesuto Doragon nodded and led Shiruba out of the main area, into the training area. "Let's say two on two," Doragon said to him. "Bring out your two and I'll bring out mine." Doragon looked down at Blaze, who was still exausted from training. Patting him on the head, he then threw out both Paint and Majesty. "I made this easy on you by not using my Monferno," he said, looking at Blaze. "You have the first move."
