Indeed; she was a shy little book worm back then. A 'plain-jane' Toppan, if you will, compared to that of her sister, Elizabeth.
And she always did love wearing those scarves... She used to look so pretty with long hair...But, since she saw it as a nuseance, she cut it.

I'm not sure your mortal eyes could take it.
Filk is an entity all in itself.
Staring too long at Filk could paralyze you from the neck down.
I couldn't do that to you.
See, some people have the restraint to look away.
But those people have trained for years and years to gain this power, and even the ones that don't become paralyzed sink to their knees in tears, begging for someone to save them from the raw sexiness that Filk embodies.
