True, it does depend on the region. For Chicago, this broke a few records. It's warmer in Alaska than it is here.

Just keep in mind: Don't bother to use salt to get rid of snow on the roads at this temperature. The salt may just melt the snow and freeze again, since it's a little too cold to maintain the water as liquid at that temperature.
That mistake is done in Norway every year. Silly politicians just won't stop telling the road cleaners to use salt in January. User Image

i bought a book today because of it"s cover> it has a guy with an angel statue behind him< so < of course< my reaction was< "this guy"s gonna go poof soon>"
