Sabe looked toward Waffle with an unsure expression, but by then Waffle had already ran through the portal. He sighed and walked into the red-violet portal.
This is going to be one hell of a ride...

Skotti followed into the portal, not knowing what was on the other side, but hoping it was the life he once knew.

Luciano gently squeezed Michelle's hand, he looked at her, trying to hide that he was scared to death. Michelle gave him a smile, he took a deep breath, and then he walked into the portal with Michelle at his side. He gripped her hand almost tightly.

(At this point in time I have no choice but to say goodnight. sweatdrop )
Sabe woke up alone, and for a moment it looked like if a clone of himself was standing right before him. That's when he realized that he really was standing in front of himself. The clone smiled faintly.
"Hello."
Sabe was confused for a minute, but then muttered 'hello' in response. His alternate self looked at him with a puzzled expression, then smiled.
"I see you don't like the prospect of talking to yourself. Anyways...I really don't have much to talk about." "Because we're the same person?"
Altered Sabe looked down with a bit of envy that was about to be explained.
"Almost. We've ran through different paths of life, and we've both had our setbacks...although I still think that you have the better end of it. Unlike me, you usually aren't submissive to anyone unless it's the royal family." "And those who I think deserve it. You, however, are a punching bag and doormat, and listen to anyone regardless of their character to boot!" Sabe said, lightly slapping his alternate self. Alt Sabe almost jumped back in fear, then calmed down enough to respond.
"Um...at least my behaviour isn't nearly suicidal as yours is. I experienced the same thoughts you did when you were in my body, and I must say that you are either unaware of the consequences or just plain crazy. You KNOW that attendants can't have relationships with nobility, let alone royalty! "How so?" "....." "See, even you don't know. If there's a possibility, I'm more than willing to take the chance, even if failure is what most likely will happen. Mind your own business; At least I have the balls to stand up for what I think."
Alternate Sabe looked down again, and then checked his wristwatch for some reason, then looked back at the original version of himself.
"Well....fine. We're kind of running out of time here, so I might as well be a little bit useful to you. If you really want to pursue Waffle, make sure you remember that you're still her attendant. Who knows, maybe that little thing would even become an advantage at some point."
Sabe looked at his alternate self, not exactly seeing how that counted as 'advice'. He dismissed that thought, but everything turned dark again before he could say another word.
((Finished with this one *even though it sucks*, and I'll post Waffle's separately))

"Took you long enough," a rather sarcastic Penelope stood on what seemed to be thin air addressing her younger self.
Pen did a quick spin to find the space around them to be literally out of this world. The space around them swirled, with a red violet backdrop, white glistening whirlpools of clouds, and dotted by silver stars just as did the portal. It was breath taking right out of a Science fiction novel. She finished taking in the environment, Pen stood looking perplexed; not exactly sure why Penelope had appeared now. Pen thought she just disappeared.
"What are you doing here", Pen asked in a curious tone. Her eyebrows furrowed as she put her hands on her hips, leaning slightly in towards the battered version of Alt Pen.
"Waiting and by the way watching. I enjoyed the resignation you gave for me. Not to mention taking down that p***k." Penelope replied, and with a depressed smirk, she laughed then approached Pen.
"Now its time we both go home." Penelope gave a sigh and cocking her hip, looking up and down Pen. "All of us have been waiting to go home, Pen. Not just your buddies." She growled, apparently not fond of lacking control over her own self.
Penelope attempted to smile and took Pen by the shoulders. Turning themselves around, so now Pen was where Penelope was standing and vice versa. Once done, clapping her hands if that was hard work.
"Thats it", saying rather surprised, Pen looked up and down Penelope who definitely looked more confident than before, but still had a bad attitude.
"Pretty much, you will go back to our world and I to mine." However Pen still looked confused. Penelope sighed as if it took some much out of her to explain the rules of the universe. Pen rolled her eyes and waited for the mirror image to talk.
"Remember that a black hole is so dense that space and time folds upon itself. Having two of us and everyone else in the same world was also bending time and space." She paused and looked slightly down. "So you took over my body to convince the others of their world. This would balance everything out again and save my world from collapse." Penelope looked up again now looking moderately ticked. As if it was Pen's fault to begin with.
"I had no real choice after our first encounter. However, I have been watching the entire time from your very eyes and I have to say you are really something." Penelope lightened up and smiled with a less enthusiastic grin.
Pen nodded looking a little full with herself, but then remembered what was bugging her. Looking puzzled, she spoke, "So why was I the one who could convince them? I mean the Shade didn't need me or Michelle. Why was I chosen?"
Penelope also looked puzzled, then sighed, "I thought you could figure that one out. Its because they are your family. And the way they interact with you, only you could make them remember. Is that so hard to understand?"
Pen smiled half heartily, as if she didn't quite believe such a warm prospect. Penelope shook her head and continued with a more real emotion that hid behind her bad attitude. "Though I'm jealous. Thats is sure one fine group you have there." She now looked a little forlorn remembering what awaited her. A crummy job, no real friends and with no direction. Pen seeing and remembering first hand what Penelope's life was like, planted her self firmly and spoke with a judging tone.
"Now you listen. You don't deserve that treatment. Mom and Dad raised us well and you are going to turn your life around. My first suggestion is getting to know those people more. I bet they could help." Pen's expression and tone relaxed near the end of the advice. Penelope looked back at herself not looking so tough or fake. Just a tired young elf a little confused but knew someone did care. Pen nodded then continued.
"I would greatly suggest getting to know these people in your world. Though they might not be the same as my friends I can tell they can put you in the right direction." Pen had a more matter of factually tone now, looking back at this seemly more mature version of herself. Pen sighed and now she looked a little forlorn as her speech was not done.
"But Penelope, you are the one in control. Don't let anyone push you or take you for granted. And don't take them for granted as well." Pen seemed to be more or less referring to herself even though she was talking to herself. A conundrum she would sort out later.
Penelope shook her head and with a slight smile agreed."Fine. But would you please not focus on being alone. I have yet to see you without a friend nearby." Penelope had softened up and shook her head again with a small smile.
Seeing they said what they wanted to say they chuckled, shaking their heads, in unison, of disbelief. The two hugged and parted but not before Penelope gave Pen a warning. Apparently she was worried about Pen's blow to the head getting here in the first place.
"When you get back don't fall asleep. You need to get the hospital asap." However her words trailed off as Pen was now swirling around in a sickening pace. She lost sight of Penelope and tried to wish her good luck. When she thought she would be sick from the ride, she woke up. A throbbing pain in the back of her neck and head.
The ship had landed on Rancher's bill's garlic field taking a good 10 acres of land. The clear night sky overhead as peaceful as the cows in the barn. Inside the ship's engine room a wounded Pen, leaning against the wall on the floor moaned for her family. Penelope was right the blow Pen took going through Warp 13 had left in her in a critical state. How she survied could only be explained as a miracle.
"Help..."

Luciano found himself on the ground positioned on his stomach in a bright white room- or at least it looked like a room, though he couldn't see walls or a door, not even a ceiling. Luciano then saw shiny black boots before him and as he looked up, he could see a Marine standing straight and tall, wearing his colours along with the sash decorated with medals. He knew exactly who it was. His alternate self. ". . I don't suppose you need any help getting up then, Gunny." his alternate self said, standing straight and tall. Luciano slowly got to his feet, he brushed his bangs out of his face and then he said to him, almost in his usual soft and gentle tone, "Are you. . . me?" he swallowed hard and he stood, slouching a little. "Stand up straight, Boy. You're not a messy teen, you're a man. So stand like one." Luciano did as his older self said, he stood up straight but he found himself to be a few inches shorter. He clenched his jaw and stood straight and tall, "Much better, Gunny. Now explain to me something," "Explain what to you?" "Don't give me any attitude. This is serious." Luciano felt like he was being talked down to by a father figure. "Young man, I need you to explain something to me- Explain your hatred. Explain your anger. Explain why you think you have to act like such a damned tough guy." Luciano looked down, he kept his jaw clenched, he balled up his fists, his alternate self suddenly grabbed him, forcing him to look into his eyes, "Don't look away from me when your superior officer is speaking to you, Gunny." Luciano looked straight into his eyes, he couldn't say anything- he didn't know what to say to himself. "What? you shocked?" "No." "'No', what?" "No. I'm not shocked." Luciano's alternate self suddenly shoved him to the floor. For the first time in his life he felt so inferior. He was feeling this way towards a man he almost became. A man that anyone could learn to fear. . a man that he feels like he should have been. "Boy, when you talk to me you will address me as 'Sir', you got that?" Luciano looked up at him, he said almost quietly ". . Yes, sir. . ." "What was that?" "Yes, sir." "LOUDER YOU MAGGOT!!!" "Yes, sir!" "LOUDER!!!- I'm your ******** superior officer!! Not your mommy!!! SAY IT LOUDER!!!" "YES, SIR!!!! YES, SIR!!!!" His alternate self stayed standing tall, looking down at him like he was some worm. Luciano felt like a worm, he stayed on the ground because he was afraid to stand up. He shook his head, "Why are you being so harsh?" he said softly, His alternate self scoffed then he folded his arms "Why are you such an angry little boy?- Don't use your parents' murder as an excuse now." Luciano growled, he hopped to his feet and he pulled out his revolvers, "Don't you ******** dare talk about my parents like that. They were good people that were killed for no ******** reason!!" he shouted. His alternate self didn't even flinched, "Boy, in my timeline I had more guns pointed in my face than I've had sex. You don't scare me." "What makes you think I'm trying to scare you?" he loaded the revolvers and squeezed the triggers slightly. ". . . Go on. Shoot me. Before you do, answer my questions." Luciano didn't even put his revolvers down, he kept them pointed at his alternate self for so long. His alternate self said to him, with his deep voice, in such a soft tone, ". . Why d'you think you need to be so tough? What are you trying to prove?- You're an emotional young man. You need to control that. Just because you're still young, doesn't prove anything to anyone. You still have some ******** issues." Luciano stood for a moment, briefly breaking eye contact to think. "Boy, if you have to think about it then there is no reason for you to be this way." his alternate self stepped forward, and then Luciano looked up at him. His alternate self placed his hands on his revolvers, lowering them down so that they weren't pointed at him anymore. "It's time you learn that you can't fight everyone, that your own personal vendettas don't outweigh the lives of the people you love. It's time you become a man and learn that anger doesn't inspire survival, revenge shouldn't be running your life- not the way that you're letting it. . Luciano, you have to let go of all of your pain, all of your anger, all of your hate. . . and live. . . just live. You're at a very important time of your life, so seize this opportunity as soon as you can. Otherwise you're going to be trying to avenge your scars for the rest of your life." Luciano looked down at the ground, he looked down at his revolvers, and then he looked up at his alternate self and he said softly, choking back tears "It's one of the few things that I have. . I don't have very much else." "Boy, what the ******** are you talking about?! You have a fiance, you've got your grandfather, your cousins, you've got your friends, you've got money, and you command a great unit. What don't you have much of?" Luciano kept looking at his alternate self and he said, ". . Vengeance is what I grew up around. . . when my parents were murdered-" "- Boy, spare me the sob story. You're ******** up your life. If you want to start that family that you and Michelle want so ******** badly then you need to quit thinking with your guns, and your fists, and just let things go." Luciano gently shook his head. "I have to avenge my parents. They didn't deserve that fate." "Oh yeah? And what did Val/Twi ever do to you?" "It's not what he did to me!! It's what he did to his people!! He needs to pay!!!" "He wasn't the one who killed your parents!!-" "- HE MIGHT AS WELL HAVE DONE SO, BECAUSE HE DECIDED TO BECOME ONE OF THEM!!! HE DECIDED TO BETRAY US- HIS FRIENDS AND HIS PEOPLE!! IF HE WANTS TO STAY A ******** MONSTER, THEN I WILL TREAT HIM LIKE A MONSTER!!! I WILL ******** GUT HIM LIKE THE WORHTLESS ******** ANIMAL THAT HE IS- THAT HE CHOSE TO BECOME!!. . . It's his fault." Luciano's alternate self shook his head, ". . Luciano. . . you're never going to learn." Luciano looked his alternate self in the eyes, he then saw him reach for his mask, Luciano pulled away but as he did his mask came off. The scar on his face was exposed now. His alternate self looked down at him, Luciano clenched his jaw and then his alternate self said to him, like a father to a son, ". . Don't let that scar become who you are. . you're so much better and so much stronger than that. . . if you won't do this for yourself,. . do it for Michelle." He looked down at his mask, then he looked up at his alternate self again, he let a few tears escape his eyes then he said softly, ". . . It already has." Luciano's alternate self then switched places with him, he then said to him "No it hasn't. . because you're still alive. . I wish you well." Luciano softly nodded then he looked around ". .What will happen once I go back to my timeline?" "Can't tell you that, but someone's going to be needing your help." before Luciano could say anything, he was back to his own time. He woke up, but he was in a lot of pain. He grunted and held onto his side, he looked down at Michelle and then he gently shook her awake, "Amor, are you ok?"

one second Twi was watching everyone jump through his portal; the next Shade grabbed him and took him through wih her; the next he was alone again, in a forest clearing at night. the tres had white crystal trunks and black-blue leaves, with gmstones growing on them like fruits. the bushes had white, blue, sliver and grey roses on them. and the moon was a blended green and pink with Odin's Eye in it, gazing watchfully over the place.
and then, his other self walked by. he saw the weak-looking elf and realized that he himself was normal again.
"so, how's it feel to go home, back to being a traveller? does it feel as cool for you as it would for me?"
"ya know, it does. i just don't show that to others."
it's back to school for me then. good luck with your exciting life. i'll never forget you."
the weak Val lowered his head.
"hey. you keep doing your scool, i can tell you realy do want to get through it. but don't just sit by and let th eworld pass you either. you're over 2 centuries old. you arn't a kid anymore. it's ok to stand up for yourself, and speak out. do what YOU want. don't do it for anyone else."
"i can't do that!" Val said with wide eyes. Twi just laughed at him.
"yes you can. you've got a voice. trust me, they'll listen. just have some more confidence. and hey, i'll always talk to ya. i'll turn the portal in my room into a mirror to your dimension.
Val's eyes lit up. "you'd realy do that?!"
"you bet. now, catch you on teh flipside!" Twi sad, and he traded places with his alternate self.

Skotti stepped into a black room without walls and looked around "Did I die?" he asked seemingly nobody. "Do you ever die?" replied a familiar voice. Skotti turned to see his alternate self, smoking as he stood across from Skotti. "I thought you did not smoke" said the skotti, looking over at his alternate self. "Eh, I grab a smoke here and there, you know how kids are" Said Alt. Skotti removing his sunglasses "Or at least you will". Skotti smiled and nodded, thinking about his pregnant wife. "Just make sure you give that kid the life we did not have, make sure that you DO stay alive so that they can have the father they deserve." Alt skotti said. Skotti nodded and spoke "What's it like? being able to live off of music, hearing the crowd, night after night?" skotti asked himself. "It's... tiring" They shared a chuckle "But seriously, it's great, but I am gone for months at a time, I need to spend more time with my family" said Alt. Skotti. "I understand, family first" said skotti as his alternate self nodded. Skotti began to walk away but turned back "Hey, did you ever meet Ronnie James Dio?" asked skotti. "Yeah, we had tacos" said alt. skotti. "Cool". (Will edit for Lana and Shade)

Waffle woke up in a blue room. Her alternate, more mature self stood right before her and helped her stand up. "You know, I almost never thought I'd get to meet a second version of me. "I know what you're saying!" "...except you seem much less like royalty."
Waffle raised an eyebrow at her alternate self, who in turn laughed and replied.
"You're way too much like your father, but then again you couldn't help it...right?" "Do you honestly think that my city being blown up by some bald fat guy on the face of Gaia counts as something I can control? I don't." "I must have struck a nerve with that. Anyways, be glad you even get any freedom; Ruling over countries is serious business. I kind of feel sorry for your mum seeing how he's loaded with meetings, political affairs and the like. I sometimes doubt he gets any time to himself." "Again, how is that my fault?" "I never said it was your fault. You just seem so...immature and--" "This is coming from someone who never realized that she was being lied to and taken advantage of by a conceited p***k? I can't even begin to think how deluded you are." "IF YOU WILL LET ME CONTINUE....I was going to say that you need to not take your social status for granted, and at least make it easier for your parents. You've been too spoiled by your father, and it shows. Grow up a little bit." "..." "What?" "At least neither of us had kids yet. We both would be doomed."
Waffle and her alternate self both giggled simultaneously in agreement.
"I wouldn't even see myself having kids anyways. I never liked the idea of having something growing inside of me. It just..." "Now look who's calling the other immature!" Waffle said jokingly. Her alternate self looked in the other direction.
"Anyways, nice chat...I guess." "Yeah." "By the way...I'm asking a favor from you." "Mhmn." "What I said earlier was just an opinion of mine. Nothing more, nothing less... so go ahead and try to find a balance between what you want and what's best for your kingdom, if it still exists somehow." "It does." "Good. In addition, be prepared to deal with demands from your parents. I won't go into detail with that." "I expect you wouldn't. Oh, and by the way, have you even considered practicing arcane magic some more? It sure is useful."
Alt Waffle laughed casually at the sudden change of mood in the conversation.
"I'll look into that sometime. I think you should definitely brush up on Divination and Enchanting again. There are a few good spells, charms, and jinxes in particular that are almost life-savers...and I hope when you wake up again you still remember some basic healing spells."
In the distance, a bell could be heard. Alternate Waffle looked around, then waved goodbye to the real Waffle. Everything yet again turned pitch black. Waffle woke up and groaned. Her head throbbed in pain and a sharp pain in particular shot up through her chest. She looked around the room to see everyone else in a similar state. She tried to get up, but that's when she realized that Sabe still had a grip on her. He didn't look too great either, and there were cuts, gashes and bruises all over him. Although Waffle didn't have any external injuries, she was fairly certain that she broke a good number of bones.

when Twi stirred, he grunted. opening his eyes he looked around to find everyone in the ship. "well... that was unexpected. where are we?" he asked, stretching out then flinching with a pained expression on his face because of a twinge of pain at bruised and cramped muscles. after falling down he got up again and looked out of the ship door. there was a loud moo, and a few garlics dogpiled him.

Luciano noticed that Michelle wouldn't wake up, she was still breathing, but she wouldn't wake up. He looked over to see Pen was just a couple feet away, he checked Michelle's pulse for the last time to make sure she was ok before he dragged himself over to where Pen was. He grunted in pain as he dragged himself with his left arm while his right arm stayed sprawled across his torso, thinking his ribs or something was broken. Once he got to Pen he said to her, "Are you ok?"

Pen was having a hard time seeing anything. The blow from the whiplash must have temporally hindered her sight. She saw a figure coming close but couldn't make out the words that were spoken. She tried again to plea for assitance.
"I need to get to the hospital.....Head trauma....not pretty..." She reached the back of her head to reveal the flow of blood.

While the rest of the group started to stir, the shade and lana where still out cold.
Lana found herself in a swirling tye-dye void as she stared at her alternate self. "Dude, You are kinda short" she said to her mirror image. "Eh, I don't let it get me down, anyway, I am supposed to lay down some heavy truth on you, man" Said Alt. lana as she stood for a few minutes. "Well?" asked lana. "Wha? oh yeah! the truth, well, all I can say is you are way to high strung... chill with the bombs man..." "GIVE UP MY LITTLE SPLODIES!?" yelled lana. Alt. lana shook her head "Naw man, CHILL with them, bombing used to be an art to you, hours in front of a block of C4, getting the right chemical content, you just need to make your bombs with love like you used too" she said. Lana smiled and hugged herself "One more thing, you and pen make a good team, remember that" said alt. Lana as she shoot a peace sign and faded as Lana woke from her position. (one down, one to go)
