DustyMemory I won't even mention my hideous sleeping patterns. And I eat nothing but subway of McDonalds.... I drink nearly only pepsi.... Rawr. I will die young. *Pats.* Good luck with the cold. Wow, you diet is waaay better than mine. I ate tums, eggs, and toast for breakfast. (Tums cause my tummy was acting up.) And now I am eating a hearty bowl of alphabet vegatable soup. mrgreen I'm also thinking I may have something else wrong with me, but that is not something to be discussed on the internet. ninja

I'd say soup it, then get more sleep. Even if you're not tired, you should at least lye down. 3nodding
You wouldn't happen to have any chip salsa lying about would you?

Laying down? BAH! I do not need it. I can kick this cold's a** even if I don't lay down. Fill myself with vitamins, and take it easy I say! Laying down, and not moving is my weak point., I have a low immune system, and I also need to be doing things, like late work for school. Again, Salsa? O.o

The peppers in the salsa, aswell as the tomato, onion, and garlic are good for your system. Works really well with a stuffed up nose. If you have any, take a tea spoon of it... Wait a while and then take note of how you feel. It's less powerful if the salsa has sugar, in which case take 2 tea spoons or one table spoon. 3nodding

NANA SAN!~ heart I have a butt-load of salsa over here, but I do not have a stuffed up nose. It's an inner cold that isn't showing itself. I feel cold on the inside, and my body aches. Gaia needs nurse outfits... ninja

3nodding Still, try a spoon full and wait a few minutes, say 5 - 10, then say how you feel. I tend to do well finding more natural, cheap, and easy cures you can often make or find around the house. 3nodding
