Kobei....Gah, the only thing I can think of is that you're near bellvue or however you spell it, and that HP has a call center there. Joy.

Hewlett Packard, the company I work for as a lowly support agent. I'd think nothing of it, except that on multiple occasions I've accidently set my tools to bellvue instead of chilliwack. Easy to fix, but just a pain in the a**. sweatdrop

Yeah...my job is boring. Though I get to laugh all day at how stupid some american callers are.

And then they call 5 times..and still buy no warranty..or they own a computer for 5 years and never back up data.....or...they call in to HP on their DELL!

I'll never understand why people who RP put their status as "hidden". It drives me crazy, I mean unless you're some idiot who doesn't want to be tracked down all the time, why do it?Why not simply put it online and recieve PM's only from friends? Why slow down the process by making other RPers wonder if you're online or not?
