The Great Absolute The only power you need is experience. Strength can make the most learned techniques outmoded - that is strength absolute.

Your strength can be your unwitting demise at the hands of an experienced fighter. I like to turn peoples strengths against them.

Your strength can be your unwitting demise at the hands of an experienced fighter. I like to turn peoples strengths against them. Tai chi-based principles require some base of strength to pull of. Yes, if a fighter lacks technique, you may be able to stop them. May. But while you're attempting to turn their strength against them, you're being driven into the pavement below you. Experience only takes you so far.

Tres Ecstuffuan I've learned from this tournament that Zoning is a frowned upon practice. Heita explained it better but it turns out People don't like being worked and trapped from a distance. They just don't. Even though trapping in hand to hand, or in melee, is just as destructive...Working people from a range is frowned upon. So after the CoC I will probably make Tres less of a Zoner and more of a grappler. Omi's a zoner. He does an "if, or" approach. Where it's "if they are too pressured to close the gap on me, I'm going to whittle them down into death; or, if they close the gap head on, I'm going to nurture that into this ideal location and outcome." People tend to receive it well. Mid-range opponents, long range opponents who have no need to enter melee range, etc. tend to be problematic for his kit and force him to be more proactive, losing out on pressure he'd otherwise be able to exhibit. And that's all pre-me nerf/buffing the mechanics and playstyle he used to do so, arguably hard nerfing the s**t out of his iconic snakes due to fixed origin points and quantity of them. People've never complained about this particular aspect of the character, though it often confused them into making bad choices -- like Zantara who I've no doubt could've done decently against Omi in Grand Tournament, but instead bit Omi's "telephoning" act really hard and got wrecked for it. So I think you're focusing on the wrong thing here. I like Tres as a character and in concept, but being honest, I could probably laser dot a few things I'd nerf into the ground. NOT FOR THIS ******** TOURNAMENT, don't even get me wrong, but for general play.

Slash Zinrai Hey, it's cool! The profile isn't nearly as long as Dith's, so you won't have to read it in bursts. wink I'm honestly not even sure how I'm awake right now, myself...so, I'm in zero hurry for anything. Spiritus Immortalis but we love you all the same. smile Same to you, man! Take your time. But, just like the last time we fought, you don't allow your characters to be surprised...so they come across as hard to relate to. You should make that family less of "that sort" of demon...and more like the Demon's from konami's video games. pirate Give them personalities, and quirks of character! Eric's a cocksure piss-ant with MASSIVE rejection issues whose been doped up with an experimental super drug...I can write narrative out of that all day long. Don't box yourself in, and I think you'll have more fun...and make your characters seem more lively, as well! its not that he doesn't have emotions it's that when he fights he's like his father in the sense that he just becomes a mechanical thinking killing machine. I have tried to change that aspect of myself as I won't play fight and I can't do it doesn't feel natural to me but as the character role plays outside of a combat zone he is very emotional. he has a huge inferiority complex because of just how incredible Samuel is as a character. not to mention his moral confliction with being a Catholic priest and yet knowing that there is not just only one God but multiples his father included.

Who cares if it's not entertaining. You're suppose to be poking anyway unless you're suicidal. But I guess in a tournament like this, charging is a valid solution cause you probably have have ways to avert possible counters, such as damage mitigation and other such capabilities.

Speaking of character creation, Hael, do you mind taking a look at Edward's revision once I'm done with it?

Just Naota Speaking of character creation, Hael, do you mind taking a look at Edward's revision once I'm done with it? Sure. Toss it at me when it's done. I might be drive testing today, getting my Oregon permit/license because driving is homosexual but I need to stop relying on my god legs. But I'll get to it if it's immediate, and otherwise - I'll get to it.

Slash Zinrai He said it was unnecessary. sweatdrop If it makes you feel better, Hael posted a picture of the Hindenburg ablaze to loosely illustrate his attack, and Vintrict docked his score for it during GTB 2 The cited reason was that he didn't like the Hindenburg or something.

It was because I was like "Holy s**t, that's powerful" because he went on to say that the heindenburg did not even begin to describe how powerful it was. And all because of water.

Not Roen Don't they know I rigged this tournament, and I've already been crowned champion? Yet all of the prize money is already being funneled into Fenix's off-shore bank account. The age of scrigging has returned!
