Leo nodded, absentmindedly, watching Yuki who's eyes were locked on where Amy had been, "silver is fine dear." Yuki cooed softly before suddenly disappearing in Leo's arms, making him cry out. He could still feel the weight of his baby and heard him giggling, but he only saw his own hands cradling thin air. "M-Miss Amy? could you please become visible again?" he prayed that it would make Yuki switch back as well.

Ruik lifted an eyebrow, not really surprised by anything anymore. "right, i will get to work on that right away."

Leo watched as Yuki slowly came back into view and met Elliot's eyes, "form something of ice," he demanded, moving Yuki so he could see his father, "give me Rin, let them both see." he held Yuki in one arm and held out the other for Rin, wanting to be sure before he accepted the idea that was forming in his head.

Ruik looked between them, but he didn't have time to sit there and watch. he went to his bench and pulled out the locked box with his supply of silver. he took out what he would need and started to work, heating the metal carefully so he could work it with his hands, making chains for the necklace part.

Leo watched closely as Rin and Yuki took the icicle and looked at them, Rin trying to eat it. Yuki dropped his and started to whine before another formed in his hand and he giggled. Rin watched his brother before dropping his and trying to make his own. it was smaller and roughly shaped, but he managed it and with a smile, tried to eat the one he'd made. "They might-" he said softly, shaking his head, "it's too soon to tell."

Ruik smiled at Amy and handed her the chain, "you are better at this than I, could you finish it? i'll work on the jewel." he picked up the beautiful stone and gently blow fire on it before polishing it, making the colors shine.

Ruik looked up from where he was carefully laying a thread of silver along the jewel, swirling it a bit to add some design, "this will be done in an hour's time, waiting is up to you, your majesty." he inclined his head and went back to work, breathing on the silver just enough to make it easily manipulated.

Leo jumped a little when a flame shot out of Yuki's mouth, melting his icicle, "um, maybe we should see if there is a cafe or shop we could wait in? somewhere a little less powerful." he smiled a little at Amy and Ruik, "just-would rather not have a flame breathing baby next to our highly flammable clothing. i've no desire to be set on fire again."

Ruik smiled a bit, still bent over his work, "no offence taken at all, Majesty. there's a nice bakery that serves hot drinks a bit down the road. Amy, can you give them directions? i haven't been there in a long time, myself."

Leo inclined his head, "thank you for taking this and sorry for all the extra work piling on you." he handed Elliot Rin and pulled the cloak back over Yuki, who had thankfully stopped breathing fire. "we will see you in an hour." he lead the way out and followed the girl's directions, but he was worried. "Elliot-" he said softly, looking at his husband, "they are only a month old, and to be able to do that-" he shook his head, "i do not know if the elders have blessed them or cursed us."

Ruik shook his head a little, "those two babes will be interesting to watch grow up. i wonder where they will lead our country...they were cute though."

Leo nodded, "i agree. and with everything that has been happening i just..." he looked down, "elliot, i'm scared. the elders only give great power in times of great need. what is going to happen in their lives for them to need such abilities? i pray it is only a mirror, but-" he sighed, stopping outside of the bakery, "nothing is ever that simple for us, is it?"

Ruik smiled a little, "I understand completely. i would like children of my own. but, it's not like there are women lining up to marry a blacksmith, you know? i think it's the smell. a girl as pretty as you won't have trouble finding a man, smell or not."

Leo nodded, "they will be fine. they have us, we will protect them and when we cannot, they have each other." he nodded a little and glanced into the busy bakery, though there were several tables inside that were free, "we're going to make a stir, aren't we? do we keep calling me your husband or would you prefer i be your wife? or to not at all?" he's spoken without Elliot's consent earlier and it was making him nervous.

Ruik finished the last of the trills and smiled, "guess you'll just have to settle with me, then." he held up the stone and looked it over closely, making sure it would be completely set in the cage, but still showing it's beauty. "what do you think? should i add more? take off some?"
