She said as she bolted to double kick him. ((Prier: If you watch wrestling it's that one kick where they jump up and kick you with both their legs, I dunno what's it called. )) and quickly recovered to retreat. The beast was easily knocked down from the combination of Speed and Impact.

Chase fell to the ground, and saw the Prier was getting away with the Wu. He spat to his left.
"Lug..." he ground, standing up. "You were never worth my time..." he then disappeared in a plume of smoke.

Prier and Tomha got away. To keep Tomha from snapping she decided to say it was Chase she fought. Tomha suspected her of lying but didn't want to argue with her and drove her home.
