I hated the recorder. Not only did I have to pay for cheap plastic, but we didn't even get to learn fun songs. We had to overlook "Dance Macabre" for Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.

lol. The Musical Instrument That Must Not Be Named. that's the collest name for a non-instrument I've ever heard.
I was lucky in primary. we didn't do recorder, we played the chimes instead. they alternated every year.
