No... sorry... XD Cote d'Ivoire and Ghana tie for the best African teams imo. But their standard is nowhere near that of Spain, Italy when it's being serious -.-, France when they're not busy going on strike -.-, Germany, Netherlands, etc.

The time skip started on July 27. The two weeks mark is tomorrow.
I don't foresee that happening until the jutsu and weapons are done.. >.> Sorry. The good news is, the summoning changes are done.
