Hehaku sighed and then simply gave up on going home. "Sensai is it alright if I stay at your house tonight because I've already been gone for far to long and I might as well just skip the night there." Hehaku said as sat down by a log. Except when he went to try the chakra strings and was used to simply practicing like he did at home. (He had tryed learning the way of puppetry on his own while at home.) He didn't use his pointer and index finger was what he did. Instead he used his pointer and ring finger to switch it up and give himself a challange.
Time passed and his training progressed. Sadly he wasn't able to control the strings with the thing he tried at first, but he did 'start' to get the hang of making the strings with his fingers. When he had made the first one a smile came on his face. It had been a while since he had been happy. The dreams were off of his mind and he had completed the first step in puppetry. Suprisingly he had done fairly well with his chakra control for an academy student, but this wouldn't suprise a few people because they know that Hehaku wasn't the average ninja.

To move the log with the chakra strings that he makes from his fingers. This looked easier than it was to do. When he had tried the many times he wasn't able to get it, but he continued to try and had eventually got it to move an inch or two. Another smile came across his face because he realized how much of a natural flow he had to control the strings.

Saraii looked at marquis with a look of sympathy. " running 20 laps is so unfair. mad ....but okay. and after im done you'll teach me the water shuriken techinque" she looked away real quickly, and started to run. her skirt started to fluctuate as one foot was led by another. while running she though about water. her sensei kept popping into her head every so often. then water then sensei then water then sensei. she thoguh ( uuuhhhggg, water, how is it that i can't think about water only. scream ) her eyes started to glow red. she started to run faster while pacing her breathing. ( water, water ,water,.......)

When Hehaku had moved the log even farther then he had a bit ago he had noticed Saraii started to run laps. He knew her big mouth always gotten herself in trouble. Shortly after seeing her run he went back on focusing on getting the log to move a good distance.

"In time it will take less concentration to actually control the strings. and in time you will learn to make them invisible. But with chakra strings it takes alot individual practicing day and night. and yes Hehaku you can stay at my house tonight, just be careful of the jabberwok." Marquis starts off serious but ends in a totally nonsensical sort of way. Marquis looks proudly at Hehaku, the kid reminds him so much of himself. "You can even make yourself a puppet, if you feel up to it. I won't be there to help you out. I have important business to attend to a little bit later."

{{Lmao, deja vu much. Reminds me of one of my past students. He would say something uncanny and I would punish him harshly. Be thankful Saraii, I made him run 1000 laps at 100 laps per post and only 1 post per half hour.}}~make a wish~

"Thank you." Hehaku said not fully excited that he could make his own puppet.The truth was that he was simply focusing on the log. He did acknowledge what his sensei said but he just take it to heart, rather he simply listened.
As he continued to accelerate in his control. While he grew closer and closer to moving the log a good distance, Saraii had grown closer and closer to finishing her laps around the entire academy.
Oddly enough as Hehaku continued to focus he thought of asking his Sensei a question. "I heard there was a new member in our squad. This a rumor?" Hehaku asked Marquis as he pulled the log two feet closer to himself.

((mmmm, thats brutal. only one post per half hour. good thing i didn't finish up saying i could forge him the warpol blade :p))
"Hell thats news to me." Marquis says. "We ought to have another team member to complete the 4 person squad, though this is correct." Marquis creates a strong single string using his pinky finger. and connects it to the log with a twitch of his finger the log jumps into the air. "Focus on the strings do not pour your chakra into them, let them become an extension of your very being. the chakra should move naturally into them, strengthening them with your reserve. You can make those strings stronger and thus do some of the work for you."

"Ah," Hehaku paused, "but there was no need to simply rub your ability in my face." Hehaku said completely emotionless. Once he had finished he did what his sensei said to do. On his first try he felt the change in his ability to control. "Hell this is A LOT easier." Hehaku thought to himself. Right as he said that he went to pull the string, and the log had gone much further than the past tries.

the sun started to set just a bit, the lights of the sky are dimming slowly, color variations of red are being formed. as Saraii calms to a halt she started to jog her way to her sensei, then started to walk. Making sure to forget about whatever it was she was thinking she stared to think about ice cream. chocolate ice cream with some caramel. " marquis sensei, i finished my laps. i do think i am ready to learn this new jutsu you were mentioning before" she ended her small speech. she started to stretch so that her body and muscles become more relaxed. she looked at hehaku, smiling knowing that his mind was takin off those terrible thoughts. ( im glad that your okay) she thought to her self.
