I think a better way to phrase it would be to say "To lose consciousness when extremely bored. Or out of energy. Or having a desire to halucinate in a very healthy, Word of Wisdom-approved way.

Well we're not necessarily supposed to not be awake at night... that's just the most common time for people to do it. Most of my sleep is accomplished while the sun is up.
