After a few minutes Miki gets bored. She thinks I can't stand being bored! What to do what to do... She thinks about what to do for a minute, then gets an idea. She walks into the forest, however she enters at the opposite side that Raven did. She waits until Raven's far enough away that he won't notice the change in her scent then turns into a Fox. She sniffs the air for Ravens scent. Once she finds Raven's scent she follows it. When she catches up to Raven she jumps into a nearby tree before he notices her. She follows him by jumping from tree to tree.

Raven hears the rustling of leaves. He stops still for a moment and sniffs the air; his eyes darted around him. After nothing happened, he continued tracking the scent. It led him to an open field. The lush green pastures stretched across for miles and miles. It reminded him of the fields that was close to his home when he was a child.

Miki looks at the field. It seems somewhat familiar to her. She says from the cover of the shadows, "What are you doing here?" Her voice is different than it is when she is a Human.

Raven span around. An unknown fox stood not to far away from him. "I was following a scent...who are you?" he asked cautiously. She looked slightly familiar, but he couldn't tell why. From the corner of his eye a doe came into view. She was watching their every move as her fawn trotted out.

"Following the scent of food? Or something else?" Miki says, ignoring his question.

"What's that supposed to mean?" Raven snapped. The fawn bounced through the grass as it was taller than itself. The baby deer's mother started to walk along with her child, her eyes continually locked on them.

"Nothing." Miki looks at the deer, or at least that's what it looks like. She's actually looking behind the deer.

Raven cocked his head at the fox. "Who are you?" he asked again more quietly.

Miki simply replies, "A friend." She stomps a paw on the ground and the deer and fawn's shadows begin to disappear and reappear over and over again. When the deer and fawn notice it they run away. When they are gone the shadows stop disappearing and reappearing. She mutters under her breath, "It's not a shadow..."

Raven frowned in confusion. His stomach growled. "Er...I better get hunting," he muttered. With one last look at the fox, he galloped through the emerald green grass. He spotted the doe and her fawn grazing, but he also saw something move in the grass close by them. Whatever it was was hidden incredibly well as she hadn't noticed the grass move around. As the doe and fawn started to move towards a small creek, Raven saw two humans with guns only a few meters away from himself. He knew at once the thing that was following the two deers was a hunting dog. He couldn't let that fawn die. Raven started sneak his way fast unnoticed towards the dog; he could smell the stench of wet dog. The dog was large for its type, but not as big as Raven. As he sneaked closer to the mut, Raven accidentally stepped on a twig and the dog's large brown head turned towards him snarling.

Miki turned back into a Human when she hears the dog snarl. She goes over to where Raven is quietly. She uses the shadows to make her go unnoticed. She looks at Raven, "Sh." She was crawling on the ground. She makes it so the dog and other Humans can see her. She looks at the Humans and says in the Human language, "Heh, sorry! Didn't know you were here! I've been out here alone for days and got hungry so I was just, well, hunting of course. I really didn't notice you guys!" When she speaks the doe and fawn run away.

Raven stood still and silent, listening intently. One of the males got to his feet and looked at her up and down; he was heavily bearded and had a large belly. "Now why would a little lady like yourself be alone? You're too pretty to leave your home without someone to-" he smirked as he looked at her again "-protect you from strangers." The other male chuckled.

Miki shrugged, "Lost a bet, and I'm not alone." She smiles. She bends down and whispers in Raven's ear, "Just go with it." She picks Raven up and holds him like a baby. She pets him, "Tamed this wolf myself." She puts him down.

The humans looked at him with cautious eyes as Raven glared at them. "Why would ya' wanna' tame a savage beast? Why not kill 'im, gut 'im an then maybe even skin 'im to get all your supplies?" the other male asked, looking down upon Raven. He was much thinner and better shaven than his friend. Raven growled at the scrawny man. He could take them down easily and they didn't even know it. Stupid humans. I knew not all of the bad ones were gone... he thought to himself.

Miki laughs, "Well, because they're only savage when they're threatened or hunting. This one's pack has been attacked many times by us Humans. He isn't too keen about Humans so I'd watch what you say." She winks.
