Burakku Ketsueki Alright thats what I thought. So say a D rank puppet would be able to wield a Kunai while an A or B rank would be able to wield a sword or cleaver? Burakku: yeah, that's exactly right ^_^ Shay: that would actually fall under luos jurisdiction since although greg is in charge of summons luo does weapons. I would say that you'd have to just apply for the weapon and see what he says bc it all depends on the weapon. In the anime tenmari wipes her blood on the fan to summon the weasel so I see where this could be allow. However it all depends on how the weapon is written out.

Weapons in a summoning scroll don't really apply as a personal summon, so yea, that's luo's turf.

My character has the Tactical Ninja type which gives a -3 to training. So if i'm learning an E rank technique, which costs 3 posts, would i then learn the jutsu automatically? Or would I still have to make at least 1 post?
Also I was wondering if my training bonus worked in the academy?

All jutsu take at least one post to learn. There is no autolearning of jutsu.

Havik, I believe he was reffering to wether or not his tactical shinobi learning bonus apply to the academy, which it does. The only training bonus that doesn't apply at the academy is the area of training bonus

Okay Zane, you are the one who made this, so you are the one who is gonna tell me if I am right or wrong. Quote: Basic Launcher This is a basic weapon launcher that is found in some puppets. I have to become a human puppet to use the 100 puppets now? I can only use the ten puppets or the 100 now? The only up side that I see to this is that I can use 2 puppets at once now... And it still doesn't outweigh the fact that I have to pay chakra to use my kunai now.

It shoots five times...so for just one cost, you fire 5 rounds of the kunai/senbon/shuriken. I think it's kinda fair considering that puppets are actually controlled so easily through the flow of chakra that travels through the strings created by the user.
Yes, you have to become a human puppet to use the 100 puppets now. Why? Because even Grandma Chiyo couldn't control 100 puppets and she was said to be the most powerful puppet user besides Sasori.
Yes, if you choose not to turn yourself into a human puppet you choose to remain human, therefore you can use the 10 puppets. Not only that, you can create 2 custom jutsus to go with them in addition to their abilities that they have already.
Personally I thought this was a much better improvement to what was so flawed before

Question:
On the second RPC rule, does my time restart? Because I had four months under my belt before Orchid made me mad and I rage quit. xD
Even If I still have to spend time here before I can have a second, Could it be reduced to maybe one month? xD I want to play around with the puppets! xD Even two would be fine. I just don't want to have to wait until the dead of winter or fall ( I don't feel like doing the math and thinking which season it would be right now ) before I can experiment with the puppets. and be well on my way to becoming a human puppet
EDIT:
Also, Can I stack classes? Like have one for a couple of ranks and then switch to another and gain it's rank benefits as if I had just started out? ( Like If I'm a sealing artist as soon as I hit Genin I take the sealing rank benefit, but when I hit chunnin, I can switch over to a different class and take it's Genin benefit as if I had just earned the Genin benefit from turning Genin in that class, but I could only class jump once. ) If you like the Idea, I could easily make a system for it.

Tv: Tell you what, since you were in the guild beforehand I'll reduce the wait to one month from today. Mostly because I want you to get a good start on your already made rpc.
And no...you can't stack classes. The reason for this is that certain proffessions get different sorts of perks that wouldn't be good, like medical, puppets, a new proffesion we're coming out with (yes I just gave out a spoiler XD). It wouldn't make sense and though it is in fact an interesting idea, I just don't feel that it would work out in the guild.
Aku: Oh and not to mention that if you choose the White Army perk, you get to have one more human puppet than those with the red army perk XD
As for your system, I took a look at it and read through all of it, however, BB and I both felt that such a system would take away too much of the creativity involved with creating puppets. However, I do have it saved and the fact that you came up with such an intricate and detailed system is in fact quite impressive. Should the custom puppets get out of hand, (Which I highly doubt because BB is such a good moderator) I will implement your system on the ranking of puppets.

And I understand, I was just wondering, I thought it would be pretty awesome to have several different class Genin benefits. ( although you would only keep your first classes base and you'd have to deal with a new weakness every time you switched, so you could really have up to four weaknesses xD )
