Pen chuckled to herself. "I'm just glad to get my family back..." her grin grew to its original size. If thats all she was allowed, then she could deal with any abuse.

However this ride will not last forever. Even when they did get home the gang might pursue the dream they lived in here. Though Pen wouldn't stop them directly it left her alone again. She could only hope that they all get what they truly wanted.

(yeah I talked to her too. felt bad that this arc isn't new user friendly. but what can you do? o well.)

Pen hugged back and laughed. This all too much of a warming moment for the country punk to refuse.

"Yes, never a dull moment! From a sword in the TV to C4 next to the ice cream!" Pen began to laugh so hard she fell onto the couch next to Sabe and took Waffle with her. She calmed down a bit but still chuckled. She only hope the others would come and join in. If they didn't then Pen would just have to laugh louder!

Sabe's pause only made Pen stop and then burst out again. She jabbed Sabe in the ribs and tried to formulate words.

"You...got that...right! I swear who needs TV when I have you guys! Talk about romance drama and the causal comic relief! There should be a shortage on popped corn already!" She continued and finally calmed down to regular breathing but still had a smile that took up her her whole face.

"I would never want it any other way than with the gang. But I swear it warms me to see the couples around here and the same time... oh who cares I get the grand prize!" She smiled and sunk into the couch to catch her breath. Her smile still stretched across her face but her eyelids all of a sudden became heavy. She looked like she was about to nod off.

Michelle bit her lip and smiled, because she knew Luciano meant what he said. As he always did. She slowly wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him slowly.

Twi had mad eit to his room, just as another quake hit. it shook him nearly off his feet, but he hurried to grab the pieces of Null Fragment, and gathered up the portal rubble. grabbing some othr supplies he was about to set to work, when he realized he didn't know how to fix teh portal.

DAMNIT! i never learned this stuff in this life... come on Val, you can do this, it's your real life ater all... burried deep inside you is your real memory... remember what Marie always told you... 'Valthier, you never truely forget anything. you just misplace it.' and then she'd always figure everything out... you are over two-hundred years old for crying out loud you can remember how to fix a damn portal so you can go home and eat some of Gille's delcious... Gille's... his thoughts rushed back to him. "GILLE'S FOOD!" he yelled as images of the HQ flashed in his head, his battle with Luc, his trek through the woods, how he created the portal. "HEADQUARTERS HERE I COME! TWI IS BACK!" he yelled as he began holding the pieces together and repairing them with his spells. when he did that he placed the Null Fragments in it and concentrated on the mass of void hovering above the HQ.

drawing it's energy, and linking back through it to the place where he was in the normal dimension, he redirected the link in on itself. he struggled to maintain phasing just perfectly between shadow and physical, and nearly lost hs connection a couple times. but an inside-out link was exactly what he needed. something more though was missing... he rummaged through the rooms, concentrating hard to keep his focus on the portal while he searched everyone's rooms. in Waffle's he found what he was looking for -- a Dark Reflection Mirror. he ran back to his room with it and through it into the portal while activating it. a small wave of psychic energy like a mental sonic-boom erupted rom the portal, and caused slight concussive damage to Twi. but he shook it off and headed downstairs to announce to Pen and Waffle that the portal was active and they had only so much time left.
