Shizuka concentrated her mind to penetrate into Netsubo's. It took a while, but she finally could contact her friend.
Netsubo-chan!! Don't let Hao control you. It'll only hurt people, including youreslf. I know you can fight it! Don't let his influence destroy your will, Netsubo-chan!!!

"Verdammt!" Swore Faust, proceeding to call Hao a series of evil-sounding insults in hissing, spitting German. "Where could he be?"

Faust was becoming uncharacteristically angry and irritable. Seizing a small stone, he hurled it as hard as he could in a random direction.

"She's fine!" Ren assured Shizuka, but he didn't sound at all certain.

Shizuka paid absolutely no attention to Ren, still stuck in her trance.
"She knows what she's doing. You don't have to worry about anything right now. Amaya assured him.
Netsubo-chan, I can help you get Hao out of your head, and then I'll get out too. You can rest up for a bit, but we need to cooperate a little first. Alright??

"I have a score to settle with you, Hao!" spat Faust. "I have half a mind to remove Opacho from your care! People who hurt children should not keep them!" he relinquished his hold on the cleaver to Eliza, who stood in front of Faust to shield him.
