((Wow you can say I'm such a bad mod....arggg horrible even. Well I have to say I have had such bad homework and color guard these days its been well...busy. Sorry for any inconvienence!!))
Haylin was greatly surprised when Luke draped his long cape over her shoulders, but then again she couldn;t be more glad. It was reall kind of him to think of her when he must have still been cold. While Lae was leading them all up the many small stairs up to her home she noticed a paticular thing. The girl named Terra seemed to be absent mindedly skimming the bark of the large tree with the tips of her fingers. While doing so, left a small patch of pretty light purple flowers. Haylin had grown acustomed to seeing the elves do some interesting stuff but when one of them, one of the students was able to do creepy un-natural stuff she had to ask about it. Putting it in her mind to ask Terra about it, she walked silently through the small wooden door that marked the entrance to the tree house.
It was gorgeous, she expected the inside to be like a cave with not much light and small cramped spaces but it was neither. The whole room was bathed in a pretty red light that seemed to be emiting from lamps stategicley placed around the room. The room just had cozy written all over it. Also she noticed that the dense cold air that circled outside was now calm and warm inside this room. Just that factor lifted her spirits completely.
In her awed state she didn't notice that she was still wearing Lukes long cape. Turning to see where he had gone she spotted him near Terra and Jeni next to the tiny stairwell that led somewhere upstairs. Wait wasn't Jeni still at Ichnel's house? She must have arrived not much after the group had made it here. Walking over to the little group of three. She carefully pulled the cape from her shoulders and folded as well as she could. When she looked up from her focus she noticed that Luke now was wearing only his doublet and open at that. Dear lord....I dont quite remember him being so tone.... Shaking the thought from her head she put the now folded cape into both hands and handed it to him.
"I really appreciate you letting me borrow it. I have say without it, I would still be defrosting right about now."
She said, while trying to keep her gaze from slipping down to his open vest. Smiling up at him she took a deep formal bow, as the elves had done in greeting. When she finished she gracefully sat down making herself comfortable on the ground. She definitly had done enough standing for quite awhile.
Also dearly forgeting to ask Terra about the small purple flowers she produced from thin air.

Jeni went and found a patch of empty wall and leaned against it. She heard Mae's comment and sighed, she had a more composed reaction that Ichnel, as her mind turned to the Dark Elf, she felt something odd, she felt ever so slightly warm and tingly. She shook it off, not knowing what the feeling was. Uncertainties are what get you injured or worse, I can't let myself be distracted by some strange feeling. she thought. She glanced around the group and sighed when she saw how embarrased Haylin looked when she saw Luke more or less topless. It is better than before, but not as good as . . . she stopped herself at that point, she knew exactly where her mind was going, but why? What was she thinking?!

Ichnel silently sighed as he walked away from the Lae's house. He so dearly wanted to stay with them and find out how they'd come to Bredia, but he had one more thing to do before he saw them the next day.
Quietly, so as not to be seen, Ichnel padded over to a thick copse of trees.
"Olath Dalninuk. Udos orn nin alu ulu l' Karliik Zhuanth Darthirii's delmah. Zhal'la dos jivviim ukta wun jala i'dol xor elgg ukta, dos orn kyorl ele l' Ilythiiri lar uns'aa natha kin ktonos...*" he called out, his voice hard.
He meant the threat.
He turned away and started along a path that would provide both shadowy trees and a direct path the village's Elder.
Ichnel walked casually along, many of the elves ignoring him or glaring at him with distaste. Ichnel told himself he was used to it by now, but there was pang in his chest each time he walked across the village. But as he walked, he found his mind drifting over to the new arrivals.
They were certainly shocked at his appearance, but it wasn't from him just being a dark elf. It was because he was an elf. He hoped that they would not come to see him as the other elves did, particularly Jeni and Valerye. It had been a while since someone could fight with him almost evenly and he was pleased as a lark that he'd found another of Earth. He thought of how Jeni's fighting style was was like her personality; forthright, powerful, and graceful.
"Jeni really does have such a lovely smile..." Ichnel mused, "and as for Valerye...I wonder if she would consent to lessons with me? Dragon Lilies do not really take to most people, even with those of Earth...oh well, I will ask tomorrow."
After a few minutes he arrived at the Elder's home. Becuase he was a frequent visitor, it wasn't strange at all for Ichnel to be there, even at this odd time of night.
Ichnel beckoned the other dark elf from the shadows with his left hand and said," Stay low and in front of me. I will introduce you to the Elder. You, however, will need to tell him why you are here should you wish to stay."
Ichnel rapped his hand on the door and patiently waited for a response.
((*"Dark Brother. We will now go to the Head Old Elf's home. Should you harm him in any way or kill him, you will see why the Dark Elves call me a kin slayer..." So nice and cheerful Ichnel! heart ninja BTW...Destiny, would it be alright if I RPed the Elder? Or do you want to do it? Please PM me when you decide!))

Terra listened intently to all that Jeni had to say. She found it so astonishing. Every other minute these elves were blowing her mind. After hearing that their own stories of an elf's prolonged life really were true, Terra was simply blinked in awe, not sure what to think. She was learning quickly that being open minded was key while they were here. It seemed that every time they turned around something else was said that threw all her thoughts of reality out the window. Here, things were so... different, to say the least. She smiled to herself as Marael turned, exclaiming her own surprise at their ages. With all this talk of their 'short human lives', Terra was starting to feel a bit insignificant. Terra noticed Haylin making her way over to them as well, folding Luke's cape in the process. She was still watching Haylin's face when the girl had looked up at Luke in surprise. Curious about her reaction she looked up at Luke as well, and immediately understood Haylin's embarassment as it became her own. Her cheeks flushed again and she tried to avert her eyes relatively quickly, but wasn't succeeding well. She found herself staring a little too long and finally ripped her eyes from Luke's open vest, only to turn her head and sit herself a few steps away on the floor.
'I had no idea you were such a hunk.' she thought to herself, trying to concentrate on other things. Like where Noren was. She turned her head, careful not to look at Luke again, and found her wolf wasn't within the room at all. If he was in the house, she had a feeling he would be beside her. She sighed, knowing he could probably take care of himself just fine.

Marael gave a sigh as Gabe paced past her for the hundreth time since entering Lae's home. He wanted to go explore the village and hunt, she was sure, but she didn't want him to run into Noren again, and start a potential fight.
"Gabe, for pity's sake, will you settle down!" She snapped. The panther stopped and gave her a piercing look. She gave a sigh, and finally gave in. "All right, fine then. Get outta here." She shooed him towards the door with her hands, making her way to open it for him. "But you'd better be settled when you get back!" She scolded. He rubbed himself against her legs, trying to knock her over. Marael, used to this, stepped around him, giving him a pat as she got to the door and opened it. He ran out, exhilarated to be in the open. "Stay out of the village!" She told him as he loped past her, disappearing into the darkness a moment later. Marael watched him a moment, then gave a sigh and closed the door, walking back into the main room where everyone else was.

A slight breeze picked up Jao's long black hair, gently lifting it off his shoulders to dance around his tanned face. He surveyed the village with neutral eyes of a dull gray, taking in the new sight that was Bredia. Shifting the knapsck on his back, the dark elf started through town at a clipped pace. He was eager to find the village head so he might go about getting lodging for the night without any incident. He'd made the particular faux pax before -skipping introductions with the head chief- and incidentally had been run out of the village that very same day. He may have spent only his first seventy summer in Shalondia, but that didn't stop most elves from viewing Jao as a threat. Late night goers passed by, but the young man paid them no heed, keeping his head down and his eyes determinedly focused upon the ground. The last thing he wanted was another fight. He continued on this way for several minutes, until Jao finally admitted to himself that he really had no idea where he was going. Anxiously he glanced around, hoping for a friendly face that might be wiling to give him directions.

By this time, Emmia was perched on a chair next to the small table, quite content with watching the scene before her. She listened in and out to the scattered conversations, and found most of what was said either amused her or shocked her. Like the confrontation between the girls and Luke. Though all had their different reactions to him and his lack of clothes, the obvious implications between all of them just made her want to laugh. Humans were adorable, she concluded. Whatever the ancient stories and tales said about their 'destructive' nature, Emmia had decided she liked them. She smiled warmly at the group and sighed, remembering that if they were all sleeping here, she would have to go retrieve some reinforcement blankets for them. She hopped up in one lithe motion and with unexpected grace, walked across the room until she was planted infront of Lae. "If you need blankets, than I presume I should take this time to 'hunt-and-gather'." she said with a teasing grin. Emmia knew Lae might get anxious with all these... people, to take care of. But she saw that it would be better to go and get what they needed from her own tree now instead of waiting for Lae to lose her mind later. She continued to grin down at her friend before turning on her heels and making for the door. "I'll be right back, you won't even notice that I'm gone." she said over her shoulder. She looked back and smiled reassurigly at Lae before disappearing out the door, into the lit darkness. Not waiting for an answer.
As soon as she stepped out, the wind caught her thin, silver hair and tossled it around her face. She could see regardless, her orange eyes could pick up any slight movement through the semi-darkness outside the main stretch of the busy square. Emmia was moving at a regulated pace, her steps making a dull patting noise against the soft ground of the forest. She was walking for several moments before she noticed someone she'd never seen before, looking quite lost. It was a bit obvious that the man wasn't from here, and she thought she sensed a hint of Shalondia from him. She was sure this resemblence was within her as well, but this elf wasn't the usual darkling. If she were to be honest with herself she would have turned back and kept on towards her house, not wanting to get involved when she knew she had things to do. But curiousity won her over in the end and she stepped closer, advancing towards him slowly. She knew herself to be intimidating and she didn't want to come off too strong.
"Hey, do you need some assistance? You look abit lost." she asked in a kind tone.
((Okay, I think it's done.))

(( Hey guys! I'm not going to be able to post for a few days as I will be at an anime convention. heart If there's anything that you want to do with, say to, or interact with Ichnel, go ahead and fill in what you'd think he'd do. Strip-teasing, molesting innocent humans, and annoying people are off limits. Although he would get drunk if he was offered alcolhol (he doesn't no how to say no). Loves ~ Silver))

((Then I shall take this time to catch up. >.<))
Luke had, in reality, been rather warm when he noticed Haylin shivering. Even after, the shirt alone felt almost too much. Even now, if anyone were close enough to feel it, the air around him radiates a rather comfortable heat. He had removed his sword for slightly improved mobility when Haylin approached him to return his cape. He smiles warmly and takes his cape back. "Think nothing of it. I'm sure you would've done the same for me...assuming you would've had the clothing to spare." His old self shines through as his smile turns to a grin and he flops down on the stairs, his shirt, cape, and sword next to him against the wall.

There are no such things as coincidence.Valerye was exhausted, even though she didn't do much. She noticed the sprig of flowers on her way inside the tree house... thing. Valerye couldn't really describe it, and for the third that day, she was speechless. Smiling at all the compliments Luke was getting, Valerye decided to stay at the other end. "When can we sleep?" She asked Lae. The Wolf's Tear had satisfied Valerye, for the moment, at least, and now she was about to collapse. After all, the previous night she hadn't slept because of an exam. Watching Emmia leave was an easy thing to do but if she was to get anything accomplished she knew she was going to yet again start explaining what was going to happen to the group. Thinking about what she should say firt she grabbed a redball and nibbled on the small fruit. She had decided that now there was really no worry for Luke to be made to sleep in the small dark workshop. He may be male but Lae was tired and she knew all the others would be the same. If it wasn't for the fact she was surrounded by interesting humans she would have already fallen asleep by now. On the hard floor. She expected the kind Luke to behave himself even if he was such a flirt. Yawning she got up from her perch on the floor and streched while facing the majority of the group. To answer Valerye's question she anounced to the whole group.
"You all will be sleeping in this main room, my Emmia has graciously gone to her house to gather all her extra blankets. You all will have plenty for tonight. As you can see we have plenty of food so I do expect everyone to eat their fill. We will have a big day tomorrow and each and everyone of you needs to be their strongest when you are tested for magic and abilities."
Going to the large chest that stood at the end of her bed she opened it and grabbed quite a few blankets that had been woven of the finest wool. They were soft yet durable and warm. Taking them all out she placed the whole stack next to the chest and shut the lid.
"If you would like to start setting up now heres all the blankets I can spare. As I said Emmia will come with plenty more. We will wake at two quarters from day break when San is fully risen and Sun is anounced from its slumber."
With this she took off her light small shoes and slipped into her bed. It didn't take long for her eyes to close and her body to relax. She was gone from the world and into the deep tide of everlasting sweet dreams. Not taking any thought that it may be nice to have waited for Emmia to return.

Hearing Lukes daring comment she blushed yet still kept her gaze steady. Thinking of a cute way to retaliate, she smiled when the words came flying out. "Assuming that if I did...hmm maybe...however, sadly that isn't the fact. I'm stuck in this crazy world wearing what I would call underwear." Taking the long piece of cloth that hung in front of her legs from her waist she gently skimmed the edges shifting it into a better, less reveling angle. Looking back up at him she smirked. "I mean come on! This looks like one of those things that tribal guys wear!"
She stiffled a laugh and quickly moved on to remove her hair from the ponytail it had been in all day. Taking off the paticular piece that covered the tight purple strap that held her hair up. She took her time exploring the detail and finally finding the way to cause it to unclasp from its rooted spot. Setting the pretty metal peice on the floor next to her she untied the fancy knot that held the strap to her hair. When she finally did so she gasped, for her hair has silkier and much longer than it had ever been before. It used to lay cluttered and dense at her shoulders. Yet now her hair was long, long enough to now reach her waist. It was now light and beautiful. Mystified she ran her fingers though the feathery hair that seemed to have no weight. It was weird that its exactly how she had always wanted her hair to be. This was the type of hair she would watch other girls carefully brush everyday while she would stand far away jealous of something that was so stupid.
Aware now that Lae had stood up and was now streching she turned her attention to her gazing at the beautiful elf with a diffrent perspective. This elf had taken in a group that happened to be very diffrent than that of the people she was normally used to. Yet still she brought them to her home, fed them all and now was explaining as a sweet mother would. That she wanted them all to eat a nice dinner to be strong and fit for the tomorrow.
Haylin was grateful as ever, she decided now that Lae really did earn all of their respect, she hoped she wouldn't have to worry about the other students to be rude twords their new host. She knew that they most likely wouldn't be but still that would be just so horrible. Her stomach rumbling, her nose had taken it upon its self to tell her that she really did think those Wolf Tears looked grand. Standing up she streched very much like the way Lae did and grabbed quite a few wolf tears. She knew she couldn't eat all of them herself but she knew that many of the people around her would be hungry and she took the liberty upon herself to make the trip for them.
Upon returning to her spot next to Luke she started to absently nibble upon one of the tears while keeping it clear that the others could also take some if they wanted to. Looking back up at Lae she noticed that she was no longer where she was before. It seemes the Elf was more tired than even them. The pretty thing that snozing in the tiny bed against the wall. It was nice to know that she trusted all of them enough to sleep while they were all awake still in her own room.
((Yeah erm...heh I was quite bored..^^; ))
