Hikari hesitated for a second, but went in the portal after Onijiro.

Although the journey was short for those who have been in a shadow portal before, it was actually very long and frightening to most. Images of evil deeds around the world flashed by and the area was dark, lonesome, but mostly evil. Eventually all of the images faded, with the exception of an evil face. It had only glowing red eye sockets and a grinning, gaping mouth.
"Pay no mind to the things you see and hear!" Tai warned, "If you fall for the tricks of this world, you will be trapped her!"

Onijiro grabbed Hikari and hid her within his cloak, protecting her eyes from the evil.

It was hard for Hikari to ignore the evil things, but when Onijiro hid her under his cloak it was alittle easier. She could still hear things though and she started shaking alittle.

Onijiro placed his hands on Hikari's shoulders.
"Why are you afraid? You're standing next to the scariest thing in this place."
He smirked.

Finally, there was a light, which seemed a million miles away. However, looks can be decieving, as suddenly, they were in Princess Sakura's room.
Tai lay the princess on her bed and back away.
He turned, grinning, and said, "Well, how was the trip?"

"Well... at least the walk was short... other than that... I demand a refund."

Hikari came out of the portal and swore to herself that she'd never go through one of those shadow portals again. Even though she was out of the portal she was still very close to Onijiro, shaking.

Tai blinked.
"Short walk?" he asked scratching his head, "We walked for miles, I could leave you guys behind so we walked, rather than me just being here."
Tai began to laugh.

"When did you get here?!" he demanded, pointing a finger at him.

Hikari jumped when she heard Ark. She was still shaken from the portal trip.
