Fair enough but I was thinking it would be in the form of a tome containing secret knowledge the likes of which would be worth approximately the appropriate ammount needed for me to level up... or maybe dating advice~

Well, you still have to give up the time needed to read through the thing and think deepy upon the lessons therein so I guess we could say it converts time directly into exp or something like that~

Thaddeus You sicken me. Experience is what grants level up, and those that wish to gain power without experience... without work and discipline... such people are scum. They are no better than werewolves and vampires... creatures who simply assume an inherent, unnatural superiority. They believe that their powers need no honing, that they cannot be beaten by mere mortals... so why work? It's all foolishness. And I shall not suffer fools. Levels are built upon your own sweat and the blood of fallen foes... and sometimes, that of fallen comrades. Speak such words again and I shall treat you exactly as I treat the monsters previously described. I will cut the offence-spewing tongue from your mouth and nail it to the center of your forehead. Show respect to levels and experience, lest they disrespect you... ninja What can I say? The man is right.

Even I hold a healthy amount of respect towards levels.....after all, my class's hit dice really aren't that great.

AstralSamurai Go Shujin-sama Even I hold a healthy amount of respect towards levels.....after all, my class's hit dice really aren't that great. I'm just glad you can admit that. 3nodding I'm in it for the saves and the spells......and not getting stuck with the "magic user has to use a stick" weapon clause.

To me level ups are like food. They are required to survive, and often require a great deal of work to achieve. But if I can get some for free, ******** yeah I'll do it.

My level 127 Charizard can so kick your level 99 Ratata's a**. I'm sure he can but all I need is two bites to bring him down to 1/4 his hit points. I'm sure the rest of the team can clean things up from there.
