Dee then said, "Yeah, Emily is right. If I know Brandon and Sky as well as I think I do, them two, they're like brothers. It's like a constant competition for them. Brandon just got his girl first is all. I am sure Sky has some sort of plan to take you for that dragon ride you wanted to go on. Hee hee hee. Get it, dragon fire, dragon ride...? Oh nevermind about the play on words. *sigh*"

Contessa watched as Hallie walked away. 'How could I have been wrong' she thought to herself. "I'm sorry I thought it would work" She said as she sighed with a frown.

Contessa's plan had actually worked quite well. Hailie had just taken it too seroiusly. Oliver was sjocked still. There were black spirals coming out from his head as a sign that he was deeply confused. It would have been good if Haile had noticed them, but she didn't. She just walked away to think about it with more patience. Zafire saw her transforming into mercury as she gor into the ground as she had done before to get to Alfea. "Mercury, wait." she said.

"What's the matter, Zafire? When did someone else got into our group without us noticing?" asked Hailie, not noticing she was thinking aloud.

"There must be a reason." said Zafire "You know Oliver is spoiled, and sometimes he's a jerk but he never does something that has no purpose."

"Well, there is." said Hailie "Oliver has fallen in love. I just can´t believe I had not noticed it.

Zafire knew it was almost impossible for him to fall in love with someone else than Hailie."Oh, c'mon." said Zafire "The jelly affected your brain."

Hailie went directly to Cloud Tower "See you."

Contessa sighed then looked at Oliver again, she had felt Hallie's feelings again. "I believe she's confused, that's why she left. I'm guessing she thinks we're together. We could continue then break up. Giving you a chance with her."

Dee put her hands on her hips and said, "Well, I know that spying doesn't get anyone anywhere, really, but I am just too excited and hyper to just sit around here when Stella could be doing something mega cool without us! Like maybe she wants to announce her engagement to everyone, but we are just moping around in who knows what place now and not getting what we really want to done. And to be honest, if the spying isn't gonna work, then who cares, I really need to speak with Stella anyway. My hair and body really reeks. I need to find out what scents I should be using."

Then Dee took off for Stella's room and hoping that if she doesn't hear any gossip behind the door, then its coast clear to talk.

Dee laughed at the joke and said, "No, seriously, I do smell. But... I do suppose Stella would be busy with plans. After all, a wedding isn't easy to plan." Then Dee had this question, "So... um... if this is the day of the Rose, then doesn't Sky have to see his parents? I mean if there is any time for him to be proposing to Bloom, it would be if he takes her to see his parents."

Kai, who had been watching the scene from not far off, felt this pain of loneliness hit his chest. He wandered off silently, where he could be as alone as possible.

Now in an unknown part of Magix, where no creature was, Kai found a stump and began to shed Ice tears. He wanted someone who really would love him. He wasn't thinking in terms of a guy friend or even family. He wanted to settle down, raise his own family and break his curse for good.

Kai stopped his ice tears quickly before they sliced another innocent vicitim. He said, "Whoa, careful there, miss. Are you looking for Alfea? By the way, my name is Kai. I go to Red fountain, but I was visiting Alfea with a couple of friends of mine. So sorry if one of my tears got you. They form into ice as soon as they touch my face. If you happen to be near one of those tears when they fall... well... they can do some serious damage."
