Reck smiled as Kiater went to her bed and lied down.
"You really didn't do it? Woa, I thought you would for a second. But you know one thing you cant deny?"
Reck brought his leg over the ledge and sat on the edge of the ledge.
"Were friends. Well, to be honest your my only friend but its still good. You can hide it all you want but you know its true Kiater."

"I know", she said quietly pulling the covers up to her chin, with some trouble, and laying on the left side of her body facing Reck but looking at the white wall near him. You fool, she thought, you let someone get close to you. No wonder your a failure.... She still couldn't sleep.

Reck looked at Kiater still smiling, then he held his left arm all the sudden.
"Well if you know then why wont you admit it? Afraid something will happen if you do?"
He squeesed his arm tighter and just continued to smile at Kiater as she was lying awake in her bed.

"Yes", she said flatly with no hesitation. She diden't care what people thought about her. She was afraid and knew it. She was an idiot for letting someone get close to her. She knew it. She knows herself better than anyone and she's not afraid to admit it.

Reck tilted his head slightly as he looked at Kiater wondering if she would answer.

"I will not answer you", she said flatly, getting drowsy. She yawned and got comfortable in the white bed.

"Oh, ok. Your getting drowsy I see. You want me to leave then?"
Reck looked at the flowers on Kiaters table and smiled slightly.

"Do whatever", she said closing her eyes behind her glasses. And trying to get her mind to not think. She diden't really care what he did at the time.

"Ok, I guess I'll go now. Just make sure that you rest up and get better soon. I couldn't stand to see you hurt."
Saying that, Reck turned both his legs out the window and jumped onto the branch of a tree across from the room. He turned his head slightly and smiled.
"...And try to smile more, you would look better."
He then jumped to the ground and ran back to the Stone Village.

Idiot..., she thought as she drifted, quietly to sleep.
The next morning she opened her eyes, it was, surprizingly, bright. Everything was a bright, white, color and she felt weird. She squinted in the bright light. After a moment of looking around she realized that her glasses were gone. She franticly looked around and found them laying near the flowers by her bed. She put them on swiftly and let her eyes ajust to there normal tone of vision. I feel better today, she thought swining her legs out of bed and letting them dangle a bit before she sliped on her shoes, I should go now. Jumping out of bed, she noiticed that her bandages were lighter. She quietly opened the door to her room and walked down stairs to the check-out area. After checing out she left the building and to the ramen shop.

"Thanks a lot, Kana!" Kai said, shooting a joking glare at him. They reached the hospital and the lovely nurse was in the meantime infusing chakra onto Kana's wounds and re-bandaging them.
Eventually the nurse finished. "You're all patched up now, Kana-san," she said kindly. "Don't over-exert yourself though. No fighting. I absolutely forbid it! If you have a mission, ditch it or something." Her eyes twinkled. "Don't do any strenuous activities for more than say... 15 minutes in a row."

"Awww...poor Kanni-kun!" Saku said playfully trying to mess with her teammate. "Don't worry, you can watch me and Rush train." She said with a grin.
Well, he certainly looks better. She thought, relieved after the nurse had patched him up and left.

As he the nurse bent over he oggled down her shirt and said "Heh... That tickles do you Mind moveing a bit too the left?"
Kana laughed a bit as he Streatched his neck too see down her shirt.
"RaaRaaRaa! Im Fine..." Kana said Crossing his Arms and Being Sturbern as usual.
"I Wanna Train as soon as Possibale Damnit!" Kana said pounding his arm down on his bed.

Kai slapped Kana across the head. "Do you have no honour?" he asked sharply. "Save this for when you get older, and only for Icha Icha books, not the real thing!" He grinned and apologised to the nurse and they left.
[Wow... back to Team 8 again o_o]
