Actually, she did it correctly...
you're supposed to add/subtract the values you want to change (noted in parenthesis), not what the person above you selected. Looking above, it seems like you (goddess_oraorchid) added/subtracted according to SamuraiButterfly's choices instead of your own. So the correct values should now be:

Third Doctor: 30
Fourth Doctor: 20
Ninth Doctor: -3 [-3 correction] <- He's super dead now...
Tenth Doctor: 8 [+3 correction]
