"It might as well be poison. Thank you, aleey cat." Raz took the bottle of vodka from Tuomas and moved the ingredients over to the blender. She added a good cup of each of the soda and some of the vodka before remembering she had forgotten the ice.

"I'm becoming as spacey as Josie, I swear it." She shook her head with a laugh and went to the fridge again, opening the freezer to grab a few trays of ice. The ice came out of the trays surprisingly easy and was soon in the blender. Raz pressed a couple of buttons on the blender and moved around to get glasses for her and Tuomas while the drinks were being blended.

"I hope you like it. This was an accidental recipe to tell you the truth." Raz pulled down two glasses and put some vodka in each. The blender turned off with a beep and she pulled it from the machine, pouring a good amount of the mix into each glass before handing Tuomas one.

"Tell me if you like it." She took a drink from her own glass and smiled, glad she had remembered the mix.

"I knocked over a two-litre at Josie's Sweet Sixteen and managed to get some of it into a smoothie with vodka added. It really isn't all that bad, but the first one was way too fruity and not easy to make. There's more in the blender if you want another. Just make sure to blend it up again before you pour it." Raz turned and headed for the couch, ready to prop her feet up on the coffee table and take a break.

"Well, as you know, we're arranged to get married. His father and mine are long-time friends and business partners, so they thought it would be a good idea. We used to be really good friends, even dated a bit before my dad revealed the whole plan for me. I went off and broke up with Chris rigth after that happened." Raz took another dirnk of her glass and stared at the contents, obviously unhappy about the memories.

"He used to say that he dated me because he wanted to be with me, and only for that reason. Chris knew about the arrangement long before I did, which means he had another motive. Plus, I only had a small crush on him, we would have broken up at some point." Raz gave a wave of her hand at the last statement and drained half of her drink before setting it on the coffee table. She pulled her legs to her chest and placed her forehead against her knees.

"I used to really like Christain, used to hang onto his every word like some Goddamn fangirl. I feel so stupid for acting like that now."

"I could have held my own against him back then, too. I wouldn't be so sure about me being your fangirl, Tuomas. I kinda grew out of that when I hit fifteen." Raz raised her head and gave Tuomas a smile and a wink, her eyes flashing a bit as she moved.

" 'It's good to miss someone, that way you never lose their memory.' Josie's quote. She said that at my best friend's little brother's funeral when we were younger. He died in a car crash. Five years old. Never forgot his goofy smile or pranks." Raz smiled and gave Tuomas a sad look through the smile, knowing his pain quite well.
