Wi1dfire88 (hey I'm new, can anyone give me a tiny recap of what's going on?) (My charas, Sol and Rio, invaded the monastray of Jerome, XanatosGray's chara. Sol and Jerome went off to talk and drink wine, Rio and Adonis (playsed by Usako-San) had a little...ummmm..."fun" time. Several other people showed up at the monastary too...but they seem to have petered out...))

XanatosGray LQ Sol tipped his head slightly as he pondered Jerome's question. "There are a few ways actually. You can get someone to erect a magical barrier. Then there is imagining a wall or sheild around your mind. Also you can use one thought to hide all over, such as a simple rhyme, repeated over and over. Imagining a wall or babbier is most effective but it takes incredible practice, especially in the begining. Though once you master it, it will more or less stay in place." Jerome paused for a moment, considering Sols words. "My thoughts aren't interesting enough for me to want to block them. And anyway, those that I would want to guard my thoughts from can't read them anyway." A soft laugh came from the incubus. "Well that is most certainly convenient. I can almost see why some choose to live amongst humans."

He can slip on in if he wants. )

A young boy slowly slips into a large building, the monastary, he was so tired and he hoped to be able to sleep for a few hours... maybe even see if he could grab some food. His stomach gave a loud growl at the thought of that. A tiny bit of hair slips in front of his eyes he brushs the purple tinted peace of hair away.

Though, I'm sure Others can be worse..." He looked up, "Did you hear that? It sounded like the door of the sanctuary being opened..."

In that you are very right. Though sometimes humans can make we others pale in comparison." His head tilted when Jerome spoke, listening. "Ah yes. It seems we have garnered yet another stray. A most eventful night it has been for you, priest."

Sighing, the priest stood, "A little too eventfull, I'm afraid," He said, going to see who had come to him now. He entered the santuary from a side enterance and went to the boy who had come in, "Welcome, child. Is there anything I can do for you?" Usually Jerome didn't greet those who came to the church, but after all that had happened already, he felt that it would be safer to ask if anything was needed than to assume he had just come to pray.

Utterlyy casual, Sol leaned against a wall, studying the newcomer. I could kill him for you if you wish. No one would know. There was a faint undertone of waht could be termed teasing. The offer, whether meant to be teasing or not, was more serious than anything, Sol having taken a strange liking to the priest and figuring to do him a potential favor in exchange for all the trouble he and Rio have caused.

Ceres_3LD Mie-tanuki Ceres_3LD Mie-tanuki Saiki looks around the seemingly small room with all its... interesting ocupants. Aki was quiet and watched Sol out of the corner of his eye. He sat on the floor, tracing lines boredly in the dust. Thunder shock the frame of the building as the storm outside grew worse. He bit back a fearful yelp and shivered, pulling his ukata around himself tightly to comfort himself. "Are you okay?" Saiki asked worriedly, concerned that the only person who had been nice to him here was getting sick.I-I'm fine loud noises give me a headache... And i'm just kinda frightened --BAM!!-- of thunder!!" He flinched and squeaked the last part, his ears laid back. "Oh, really? I have some headache medacine," he said, not wanting to say that it was because he was supposed to be selling it. "Would you like some? It's okay to be afraid of thunder. My little sister wa always afraid of thunder." He smiled as he remembered. "Whenever it rained she would come into my room and hide under the covers until all the rain and noise stopped. Then I would tell her a story and she'd fall asleep, forgetting she'd ever been scared."
