TRANSLATE: When I woke up one evening I took a look in the mirror and realized I had no reflection.Quand je me suis réveillé un soir j'ai jeté un regard dans le miroir et je me suis rendu compte que je n'avais pas de reflet. (Not sure about "reflet") All bad poetry springs from genuine feeling. Al dårlig poesi kommer fra ægte følelse. You may have my free will, but I lost my box that has my soul inside of it. Tengas(?) mi libre albedrío, pero perdí mi caja que tiene mi anima. (Dear lord, that grammar is horrible, and I don't think I used most of the words right... D: ) "I wasn't certain that you'd ring my bell but then you whispered in my ear..."

Slippy_Pollett That was brilliant man. You get that from a book or something? Yes. Yes I did. I think it's Domes of Fire, of The Tamuli series. You should read more of the Eddings' work. They're competent fantasy writers. Een nachtdromer kan slechts naar het gewone streven, omdat droomt hij slechts voor een tijdelijke ontsnapping van zijn saaie bestaan. Een dagdromer, echter, vindt perspectief in de wereld en zoekt wel beter te zijn. Met toewijding en een beetje dagdromen, iets kan gedaan worden. That was more of a literal translation, but... "That's no moon... that's a space station!"

Uh...lemme try and translate that into japanese, i'm probably wrong.
"Kore ga Tsuki janai! Kore ga supeesu shatteru desu yo" (i think thats right..)
here's a hard one for the next person! man i luv this phrase in japanese...see if you can translate into a different one
"Hey gimme a break and stop walkin around the house stark naked, will ya?!"

((Not quite. Using "ga" means you're introducing the spaceship. Replace ga with wa and you've got it right. And no, person below me, don't translate what I'm typing, do hers instead...someone didn't do that last time I made a comment in a thread here.))

Actually no, I'd say that "ga" is fine there. At least in the first one. It conveys a bit more emphasis than just using "wa", but it isn't wrong really.
