Thankfully, Tsuzuki's wonderings over whether he really wanted to know exactly what the Circle had done to people (followed by the inner insistence that yes, he did, because avoiding this kind of truth was not only stupid, it was mean and immoral). He tilted his head towards the door in askance at Hisoka.

"That one sounds nice enough," he commented softly, hoping not to be heard just in case 'soka wanted to pretend towards slumber. "Don't think you've scared him yet."

"Cino, we'll be out in a bit," Hisoka called before rolling his eyes a little. Lowering his voice, he explained to Tsuzuki, "That's Cino-- newest member of the Nest. He believes that he was created by 'Silence' when the first sound broke through-- something like that. He's a little..." the cat trailed off, shrugging. "He's nice enough, I suppose."

Cino sighed on the other side of the door. Hisoka-san was quite an interesting person-- but he didn't really seem the type to listen very well to the Silence.

Watching the unicorn curiously, Draco rolled his eyes. Cino had that bad habit-- raven had said nothing of the sort. But Cino wanted to meet this 'Tsuzuki' he'd heard so much about, so he would do what he needed to in order to get what he wanted. A little bratty-- but people forgave Cino, since he could be so incredibly sweet...

Meanwhile, Tsuzuki sat mulling over two of his three encounters with the denizens of raven's Nest. Of the three, two had seemed quite nice, the other had been Tatsumi. Excluding the Circle, these 'nestlings' didn't seem all that bad, overall...

"So are we going out?" he asked cheerily, standing up from the bed finally, realizing that sometime during the night he'd managed to shed his trenchcoat on Hisoka's desk. For the better, probably. --They were inside, after all. He'd wait for Hisoka to answer before opening the door to meet the messenger, though the odds were that he'd open the door anyway.

Hisoka sighed. "We'll go out in a minute-- let me tell you who to watch out for.

"Seishirou's the leader of the Circle-- also our medic. Lucius Malfoy's his second in command. Karasu's one of the Enforcers of the Circle, as are Muraki and Hao. Muraki doubles as their 'Genius'. I'm not sure about Lucius' son, Draco-- I thought he was in the Circle, but with the way his father treats him... I'm not sure," Hisoka sighed softly. "Tatsumi helps them-- I'm not sure who else does," the cat shrugged.

"Now we can go-- even though I'm sure Cino just wants to get a look at you."

Cino waited outside the room patiently. Patience was a virtue-- and one which would hopefully allow him to see this wolf who made people talk so very much. The coon, Tatsumi, didn't like talking about this wolf though. It was very strange... whenever this 'Tsuzuki' was brought up in conversation, the coon would get very quiet... not listening to the Silence, but merely quiet, consumed by thought. What thought, Cino had yet to understand...

"Cino, you can't just go around doing whatever you want," Draco called softly, his voice low enough not to carry into Hisoka's room. "Everyone's going to get mad if they find out you're lying again."

The younger Malfoy. Again. Cino had the oddest suspicion he was being followed by the lamia. No matter, not very many people paid attention to the lamia, so he wouldn't tell on Cino. "I'm not lying-- raven-sama said that--"

"That people should present themselves, or at least let her know that they're in her Domain. But she already knows Tsuzuki's here," Draco cut in.

Cino frowned. Draco was being unhappy-- that wasn't good. There were bruises on the boy's pale skin as well-- another encounter with the angry elder Malfoy it seemed. Things needed to be dealt with...

((Speaking of things 'needing to be dealt with', I vish to discuss Atticus and his intentions with j00 eventually))

Tsuzuki gave Hisoka a familiar look--the one that was both cheery and utterly vacant. You know the one. "You know I don't know half of them, right?" he asked lightly, opening the door straight open to get a look outside.

Well... neither of these two looked dangerous. The one closer to the door--a unicorn?--looked positively golden (literally). Okay, so the lamia seemed pretty sour but most of the time, so did Hisoka and... okay, so Hisoka could be dangerous. ...Ignoring that point entirely, he beamed at the two anthropomorphs, "Hi!" he greeted them eloquently, "Where's the party?"

((Then PM me, call me, or IM me, for goodness sakes~))

Hisoka sighed as he moved after Tsuzuki-- this could be dangerous, just letting Tsuzuki out on the general public...

Cino smiled at Tsuzuki. "You must be Tsuzuki-san!" The golden unicorn seemed so... happy to see Tsuzuki. "I've heard so much about you!"

Draco rolled his eyes. "raven has a rule that anyone who comes into her 'Domain' is supposed to go talk with her-- but she already knows you're here. Since Cino wanted to meet you, he decided to use that rule to his advantage," he explained drolly.

Hisoka bit back a groan. "...wonderful. Just wonderful. Tsuzuki, the unicorn is Cino, and this is Draco." The cat had to admit, he didn't like the way the pretty little unicorn was looking at Tsuzuki...

Cino? Friendly. Bubbly. Wow. What a change from the norm... A welcome change, certainly. As for Draco... snarky little b*****d. Unfriendly. Unbubbly. Well, that he could deal with. No problems there, none at all~

"That's a shame," he smiled at the unicorn apologetically, "I've heard next to nothing about you," he continued, pointedly forgetting everything Hisoka had said about what Cino 'believed he'd been born from'. Eccentrics were perfectly okay people. He raised a hand to greet the lamia as he spoke, "And your name's Draco? That's... pretty appropriate."

Ah, yes. The world famous Tsuzuki Asato Tact.

"I kind of like it," followed by the equally renowned Tsuzuki Asato Unintentional Alert.

Hisoka did his best not to snarl at Cino. Or hit Tsuzuki for his manners.

Cino laughed. "I haven't met anyone from outside raven-sama's Nest! You're the first one!" he smiled happily before glomping Tsuzuki.

Hisoka did snarl quietly at that.

Draco couldn't have cared less what Tsuzuki thought of him. He was more concerned with the fact that Cino appeared to be deliberately edging into Hisoka's territory.

Whoa--super friendly. Not that he minded all that much, Tsuzuki was rather fond of physical contact. Hugs at least. Glomps were just as well. "Nice to meet you too?" he laughed, genuinely happy to meet someone non hostile for once.

"And--let me get this straight--'meet everyone' pretty much meant 'meet Cino'?" he asked over the unicorn's head, searcing for eye contact with Draco.
PostPosted: Mon Aug 08, 2005 10:22 pm

Draco nodded slightly. "Cino was eager to meet you," he explained, rolling his eyes. Well, if Cino got himself on the wrong side of the kitten, it wasn't Draco's fault... right?

Hisoka muttered something under his breath which just MIGHT have been something AKIN to a word starting with B, ending with Itch and directed at Cino.

Cino giggled as he held onto the wolf. He didn't mind if the kitty got mad at him-- this wolf was nice! And funny. "I'm glad to meet you, Tsuzuki-san!" he laughed.

Tsuzuki was occupying himself with trying to figure out exactly how he could be hugged so tight by Cino and at the same time completely avoid being stabbed by that horn...

"Saa... I guess this means I don't actually have to meet everyone else in this house, right?" he asked the gathered at large. Because while it was a good idea to know your enemies (or allies, depending on the case), there was at least one particular anthropomorph in this house he wasn't keen on meeting at all.
PostPosted: Mon Aug 08, 2005 10:58 pm

Draco held keen insight as to what Tsuzuki might be implying-- probably because he kept his ears open and his mouth shut when he was around certain other anthropomorphs. "Not everyone's home right now," the Lamia shrugged. "My father, Karasu, and Muraki left about an hour ago."

Hisoka's eyes widened. "Where'd they go?" he asked, temporarily distracted from being upset by Cino.

The younger Malfoy shrugged. "Who knows?"

Cino laughed as he hugged Tsuzuki tighter. His horn actually wasn't very sharp at all, amazingly enough. "As long as I've met you, I'm happy~"

This prompted a hiss from the cat.

Somehow, Tsuzuki still managed to miss the hostility Hisoka was practically sweating towards Cino. What he didn't miss was both the mention of several Circle members going out together as well as Hisoka's hiss. Thinking them to be connected, the inner worry factors spiked a couple notches.

Stealing a glance at the kitten, he gave him a curious look, attempting to send the general idea of "should we investigate?" without letting on too much--hadn't 'soka mentioned that he wasn't sure if Lucius' son was involved in the Circle? And if this Draco had just in turn mentioned his own father it could only lead to one conclusion of their relation. "You haven't seen Tatsumi of late, have you?" he threw in for good measure.

Draco rolled his eyes. "You mean raven's secretary?" he shrugged. "He's around-- he's always around. Of course I've seen him."

Hisoka shrugged at Tsuzuki's glance-- it wasn't as if the Circle didn't always run off on their own business. And it wasn't like they'd be able to catch them anyway.

Cino cuddled against Tsuzuki, enjoying the warmth-- and ignoring the kitty's menacing snarl at the cuddle.

Well... talking to Tatsumi probably wasn't going to get them anywhere, and if the Circle had a whole hour's head start on them they weren't going to get very far with that either, not unless they knew where they were going, which would mean, you know, asking someone.

Lucius, Karasu, Muraki... From what he'd heard (or experienced first hand) from any of the three, whatever they were doing was a far cry from any semblance of good. Absent-mindedly attempting to detach himself from Cino, "Why don't we head out?" he asked Hisoka brightly.
