My nickname is the band is 'Anime'. Because I'm the only person in my little hick-town band that likes it. My other nickname is 'Cat Hat'. I got an award for that one. Other peoples crack me up more though.
We have 'introvert/extrovert' for Brittany because she can't tell the difference.
We have 'Uni' because C.B. didn't have her nude bra and we had to duct tape her boobs together giving her a uni-boob.
We have 'Pinkie' because she wore pink EVERYDAY for her first year in band.
We have 'Mariah Epic-Fail'. Self-explainatory.
We have 'Asian' because Dalice is the closest thing we have.
We have Joshua 'Danger' Teague. Don't get me started. ((Look up semi-nuclear fusion on Myspace.
We have Jeff which is his real name but he wants to change it so yeah... Don't get me started. ((Semi-nuclear Fusion is about Jeff))

My band has weird nicknames.... lol
Band Directors:
-Papa Parks (our main director)
-Luigi (it was his middle name...) ((He left. :[ ))
-Mama Marsh (Luigi's replacement. ;] )
Band Members:
~Poptart (a short freshman tuba player who brought poptarts to band everyday... he grew out of that one though.)
~The Korean (self explanatory. We're not really racist though.)
~Kolakowski (we call a lot of people by their last names)
~Zuzolo, Gaier, & Dansereau (We had a lot of Matt's in the trumpet section)
~Zick (shortening the last name. lol Seeing a trend here?)
((*One freshman last year decided to give almost everyone nicknames... here is a few))

One of my friends is pickle. She always had a pickle for lunch at band camp every day so it just kind of stuck. My cousin was Frizz cuz of her unconrollable frizzy hair. Um, There are others, but a lot of people just call others by their last names or such. The drumb line twins are the Dumb duels.... And their last name sounds like that though.

oh there are a lot of weird nicknames around our band. This one trumpet player would make it his job to give people weird nicknames. But we have Mayo, 180, T-Rex, Sloppy Steve, Piper, Toffee Waffles, Big Papa... umm yeah. Our entire section also got hats that had our nicknames on the back or our trumpet's names XD

My nickname this year is PPT. It stands for Professional Pelvic Thruster...no idea why, but I like it :d
We don't actually use our nicknames though, they're just printed in the photo phone roster.

this is one of those things that you almost have to know our band to get, but i'll enlighten you all anyway!
so theres a trombone player, Seth Lewis. Everyone calls him Philly. I didn't know that his real name was seth. in fact, i didn't even think he had a last name. id always known him a Philly. and i still do.
how all that came about was that a few of his guy friends decided he needed a nickname. for no particular reason (at least one i can think of), he was dubbed Box. after being called that for a few months, Matt, 'Box' and our BD were standing by the community chalk board in the band room. absentlymindedly, matt drew a cube and put a santa hat on top of it. randomly, ourBD chortled out, "its phillip the christmas box!'
from that day on, no one knows seth by any other name than just plain old, Philly.

A is the letter on the drill chart to designate saxophones. The girl who was A-1 immediately got the nickname Steak Sauce.
K is also the designation for Clarinets, and everyone felt bad for the girl who was K-9.

we don't really have band nick names for the people, but we have some for the sections, like the clarinetes are the jamacans lol not like the people in the state XD like pajama cans XD

We are picking your nicknames and I cant come up with one. Neither can any one else. If you can give me some ideas. I'm quiet, pretty good at keyboard istruments(marimba, vibe, exc...), and a couple of the guys know I KICK HARD.
