Seph was already sitting on a small chair, as if he hadn't heard Nami's request. He smiled softly, gazing out the window at the soft twilight. His mind was in another place at the moment, watching the soft yellowy haze of the atmosphere as the sun began it's downward march.
His hair took on a new shape, bursting forth and flowing down his back. Then a wave of color erupted from his scalp, shimmering down each strand of hair simultaniously. He looked up at a strand of almost-electric blue hair, and nodded some, satisfied with the color, texture, and length.
He yawned.

"Um.. yeah" she said, seeing Seph sit as Nami asked the question. There was only a small sitting area with two chairs, and as Nami was the one who'd asked about sitting and Seph had already taken the other, she sat down on the floor between the two chairs, waiting to see what they had to say.

Nami quickly seated herself, frowning slightly when Eli settled on the floor. " I guess...first off, I'd like to hear why you decided to leave."

"I felt that there was no real reason to stay someplace where I felt miserable."

Seph blinked slightly at this response, then looked back to Nami to see what she was going to say. There was another reason he wasn't speaking:
Numerous times while Eli was still at the dojo, she had come to him for advice on whether to stay or to leave. Each time, he had advised her to stay, promised that things would become more active in the future. They had not.
He knew that his words no longer held the reliability needed for this situation. But perhaps the words of a pregnant woman could sway Eli. Perhaps.

Nami wasn't stupid enough to ask Eli why she was miserable. She'd gotten the distinct impression the few times Eli had opened up and talked about how many people had tried to teach her, how they had abandoned her.
An overwhelming guilt washed through her but she swallowed it back.
" Eli, no one ever meant to make you feel that way."

"Whether they meant to or not didn't make it not happen."

"I'm not saying it didn't happen. I want to apologize for it. Eli, I'm so sorry I made you feel miserable and I want...I want you to give us a second chance, try coming back. Even if its for a trail-period to see if you feel anything's changed." Nami said earnestly, catching Eli's gaze.

"No offense, but staying as long as I did gave you guys like 5 'second chances'," she said, looking towards the ground.

"Then...give us a sixth chance?" Nami asked. "Eli, you have so much you can learn...your family history, your power...you have so much untapped talent and you're so smart. Don't give me any of that 'I kept passing out and I couldn't do anything anyways' bull either. Everyone needs a while when they're first learning. And despite all of that, we all genuinely like you and want you to be around." She paused to take a breath of air.
"There was just a ton going on..."

"So tell me then what's changed? It seems like there's always something crazy going on, leaving the outsider who doesn't know anyone left behind."

"I...I'm going to be going off anywhere for a while...and things have been sort of quiet lately. I'm not promising something won't come up, but I know I'll be back at the dojo..." Nami trailed off. It seemed as though everything she said had a negative answer thrown back at it.

"They seemed to have been quiet because no one was around. I mean I went like 3 weeks at least without seeing a single other person in the dojo."

"I only have an excuse for the past few weeks, which was I was in bed and I only got up to eat before going back again...otherwise Eli, I swear I would have come to see you. Other than that, I can't confess to know why no one was around..."
Nami glanced over at Seph hoping for input of some kind. She was fighting a losing battle it seemed.

Seph took his cue and, knowing full well that what he was about to say may be taken the wrong way, made sure that his voice was not accusing in any way, shape, form or fashion. He was polite, and made sure to get across that he was not trying to be mean without actually saying so.
"The world does not revolve around one person," he began, "Most of us were, and are, just as lonely. We just have our own ways of dealing with that lonesome. Do you?"
Then he fell silent again, looking back out the window.
