Lupis opened her mouth to say some sharp retort but was horrified that only a series of stammerings come out. What was happening to her, that she was becoming one of those weak kneed lambs she despised so much? Not trusting her traiterous mouth, she went into the kitchen to make some tea, which always steadied her nerves. Her eyes were that same amber shade of gold.

After she made some tea she came back in. She had reigned her emotions in, though she still had a slight blush on her cheeks. She handed him a cup "This tea could wake up the dead, an herbalist taught it to me." She took a sip of her own, not even grimacing at the bitter taste. "She toyed the cup nervously in her hand.

Lupis looked even more nervous, feeling like a child under the mans gaze. "It's nothing to worry about, just a fit of the vapors I suppose. Though I never thought I would get them." She was still nervous, her cheeks deepening. "I mean, you know, im not suited for boys, so I gave up on that, and happily. I wasn't the one to go weak kneed over some silly boy." She looked into her cup of tea, stirring it absently with one finger.

Lupis pratically choked. Was it her imagination or did old fashioned Kurtis say the word 'sexy'? "Naw, as a chum i'm good with them, or as a sister, but as a lover i'm hopeless. I can't even kiss right." She said, remembering that one embarassing time. "And boys are too full of themselves, they just want a girl they can show off too." Lupis wasn't unhappy with this fact, she simply could not believe that any boy could like her.

Lupis nodded, but she was still blushing, the reason she was not quite sure of. In the 19 years of her life she had gathered experiences that take most men a lifetime, yet she was still innocent in places that men get experience in by the age of fourteen. She had kissed a couple of times, even canoodled once in a very itchy haystack, and had been forced several times, but she did not know the fine arts of love, the thing that drives women and men into the shadowed nooks and behind closed doors. In that way she was still a child, some pure parts left untouched by the ravishes of the world.

Lupis shook her head "No, not really, I mean it wasn't so bad. I learned my lesson thats all, and I learned an important things about men's lust too." Her eyes were turning a dangerous black again. Yes she had learned her lesson, never to trust boys, no matter how nuce they seem.

Lupis looked up at him, her eyes still a flat black."You mean that magic they talk about, the first kiss and first time? Thats the stuff of fairy tales. Maybe in the higher classes with those lily-footed noblewoman who have pampered men fawning over them, but not on the streets." She stood there, a limp doll in his hands, unresponsive. She sighed and ran her hand through her hair. "And besides, I've never even kissed a man special before, all the times i've kissed there had been nothin' special about it, just wet." She said.
