I can tell you the basic operating principles of the systec E-11 blaster carbine from memory. I'm SUCH a bloody nerd. Go on then biggrin explain to my why what seem to be light bolts move so slowly. Is it new improved slow light? With extra glowly bits? Man oh man oh man!! The third film rocks a** in a serious new and interesting way! Better than all the rest put together IMO *goes out to leap around making lightsabre noises and silly voices* Blaster actuqally arent lasers, but a pocket of superheated gas and plasma, created by eletrically charging a gas who's name I cannot spell, the projecting it at the target, thus why I appears to move slow. The gas is needed to keep the plama from dispersing in a pressurized atomosperhe, otherwise it would disperse in a puff of colored mist, the gas creates a wildt unstable vaccum for the short duration of the flight, and also works as a conduit for the eneryg of the plasma upon the impact of the botl upon the target. The powercells are a pressurized cotnainer of said gas. Plasma? LMAO... amazin the things they can do in fiction land... xd

Delmar_Denban Mirko_Filipovic Vincent Darkholme As a total nerd - I vote that if it were real, Lighsaber kata would be the pinicale of self-aware combat. The blade has no weigth nor momentum, and can shear through Permasteel. You have to know where it is or you cut off a leg, or torso, Just doing my part in lieu of the final film. It does have weight, it also is a self contradiction, seeing as nothing can produce that sort of heat and not burn the user. Boba Fett on the other hand? And Exar Kun? The man smashed 2 planets together using only the force. Sigh, that was Naga Sadow who caused two suns to super nova while escaping from the republic 5000 year before a new hope. Exar Kun caused a Sith uprising 1000 years later. *slaps across the head* Delmar ownz........... Oh and it was one of Exars minions (a member of the Krath) that caused 9 suns to super nova in order to destory a republic fleet and several Jedi. Thus causing a massive shockwave which destroyed a massive Jedi library on the planet Osis (sp). Hmm, dude everyone knows that Sunrider (can't remember the name) had the queerest power ever. BLINDING TO THE FORCE?!?!?! Wtf is that, i mean really, had that power been around, they could have blinded Sadow. And you SURE it was Sadow? Cuz i could have sworn it was Exar. Anyway, Exar owns Sadow flat out. I mean, he does find the Suncrusher. and he does own Luke. He also had the only lightsaber that could flicker.

I did physics at uni... and before I did it I was really interested in it and found it facinating. But actually having to get into the nitty gritty nuts and bolts of it severely curtailed my interest.. relativity for example, the general ideas and principles are really cool and interesting but the actually maths and calculations involved are soul crushingly dull. And thermodynamics? Eeeeuuurgghhcchhh totally grim
