while the new guy stared at the sky he decided to try a little wind levitation with his sword aso he took his sword out and started creating a network of wind working under the new guys body and started to make him float in the air (chakra 8/13)

((that it controling the wind is more of a blood line its ok to do if its a ninjutsu but just doing it without hand signs is impossible unless you had a bloodline that could control the wind))
