Doctor Pamela Isley I went to NIN last year and got a major contact high. rofl xd We recently had a smoking ban inside buildings in Denver, but people definitely still smoked inside discreetly and not just cigarettes. I didn't get a contact high, but every once in a while I would just get a whiff and go "Ha! That takes balls."

Well, I'll be back a little more regular.
*Awaits the "Jaeger was gone?" comment.*
So, for anyone caring here's what I was up to:
My father's instructor joined the International Seishinkai Karate Union, in fact he's in charge of the United States portion. My father also joined, and inevidably, so did I. I fought against it for a while, but since it was either lose all of my support or go with the flow, my choice was kind of made for me. So I'm retraining in Motobu-ha Shito-ryu. I trying to maintain my Shorin-ryu. My students are hanging in there, but they aren't thrilled about it. Hopefully the trasition will be complete soon. For information on the Seishinkai check out www.seishinkai.com
Joys of home ownership. God, I miss my old apartment. No lawn. No drainage ditches to weed eat. No harrassment on home improvement. The missus in in nesting mode. She wants new countertops (money) and she wants to knock out a wall to increase the size of the bedroom closet (more money and collossal pain in the a**). Then she looks at me wondering why I don't know how to do this stuff. I can paint and fix a roof. Maybe some minor repairs here and there. I ain't Tim "The Toolman" Taylor.
Been writing like a b*****d. Three issues of a Nightwing story written. I'll have two of them typed tomorrow. Going to be a four issue story. Dark Tanuki has read issue 1. Zeigfried is actually drawing it for practice. I intend to have it done in time for the Baltimore Comicon.
Webcomic will be up soon. Details forthcoming.
Biggest thing is still up in the air. And for those that have nudged me a little about coming to Chiago next year, give it up. Not happening. I will not have the time nor the money next summer. Because if this works out life as I know it will be changing forever and any personal "field trips" for my enjoyment will be over with.
I won't be one a whole lot for the next few weeks, but I do intent to pop in when I can. Hope y'all enjoyed the time off, because you poor bastards are stuck with me again.

Sling your script my way if you're so inclined. I'd love to see what you're up to. As for my own writing endeavors, I'm still slowly working on my Brotherhood (of Evil Mutants) "doujinshi" with Dji.
I've also developed a worrying case of headcat.

That headcat can be right tricky. Rather than getting rid of mine, I seem to have contracted another at the moment... Plus, a bad case of the blues. (omfg I gots me blue hair.)

So. I've been busy. Packing, moving, getting ready for school, shipping my car, making a monthly budget which I have almost already used up (WTF is with trash cans costing what they do? gonk ) and generally just being a little stressed out. Huzzah.
I did have time to see TOOL though; who kicked a lot of a** by the way.
Now that I've moved into my new apartment and have my bearings a bit more, I think I'm going to actually become more active in Kapow- 'cause I lurve it and wish I knew more people.
I finally trimmed my hair a bit and I'm slightly sun burnt. Lava fields; they are hot, yo.

Doctor Harleen Quinzell Sling your script my way if you're so inclined. I'd love to see what you're up to. Sure, just PM me your e-mail. I'll send the first two issues over once I have the second one typed up tonight. The surprisingly fetching Father Rawr.

You're suprised? The guy who told me that the best way to attract interesting females was to either stand by Ellis or read one of his comics? rofl
It bears noting that the phenomenon extends to cosplaying as an Ellis character.

Dr Henry Pym Me in my Hippie Phase: wow...crazy cool...(didn't realize you were that much older than me... xd ) ...anyway...I was looking at old threads and comments and I noticed two things... 1. I think we were funnier back during the time of the first behind the mask thread... 2. I was looking at my posts during my time on gaia and I realized...I was happiest when I wasn't in college and most depressed and bitter when I was in college. so much for college being a place of parties and fun... spector still needs a more permanent source of money, though.
