I'm going to stay here in Middle-of-Nowhere to do my Christmas shopping. I was in Rockford and I let my friend take my car to the After Thanksgiving Day sale (a event I never really paid attention to). I guess it's the most hardcore sale of the year. It was brutal up there. People had camped out in front of stores to be able to get their gear before the sale began at 5AM. People stole items from other people's carts. It sounded crazy (I was sleeping, so I didn't see for myself).
Oh, I guess I just thought of all of that because I could imagine the rush would be worse in the city. Fox Valley probably won't be as brutal as Chicago.
