Since the old man and Crimson are engaged in melee all ranged attack roll suffer a -4 penalty. Foregoing the penalty means that the player that fail to hit Crimson automatically hits the old man.
((As a note anyone can post their moves anytime, but it won't take place until it's their turn. If the action can't be accomplished do to prior event a pm will be sent. For example: Kiske wants to heal the old man and post such, but on Crimson's turn he killed the old man. A notice will be sent and I will allow an edit. If possible edit your roll on the same post, it makes it easier for me to read.))

On his turn, Gear will infuse his weapon with magic weapon, then move into a position so that his shot won't be blocked by any melee attackers that go in after Crimson.

Since Kiske's sword is already drawn he advances himself by 30 feet and tries to keep from doing anything too rash.
