1. we get rid of the squads and assign peole jobs just like we did when assigning them to a suad. then make the mods pick wich one they lead

2. we stay in our squads and assign people jobs there in their squad

3. other

I think we sould pick the one we like best....

I go with my idea.. number one

2, having a set job in each squad is good, but keeping each one an individual entity with a number of different jobs is the best idea.

if we do number one than it would be easier to organise things for certain jobs. It wouldn't be as easy in the original squads because all the info would get jumbled

i suppose you have a point... this could be a temporary thing than and when we have the time we'll figure out how to make it work for everyone in the guild. as it is we're pressed for time. SO what are the specifics and how will we go about it

Well so far we've decided on three different squads:

- Military Intellegence Team
- Advertisement/Member Scouts Team
- Spy/ Recovery Team

Now what we need to decide on is:

1) how these three will be structured.
2) how will each team be lead.

Here are our choices:

1)
a) Each Branch/Squad will be recruited as one of the above teams.
b) Each branch will be divided into the three teams, less members mean more organization within each individual team.

2)
a) Each team is directly lead by each branch leader of which are already in power.
b) each separate team will have captains that direct the team they are in charge of personally. However all final decisions are made by the branch leader.

Shall we vote?
