Alex had been walking around looking at the boat. She stopped at the deck and watched the waters. She still wore the black kimono and the katana was still on her back. 'Wonder where we're going towards.'
She closed her eyes and enjoyed the silence for once.

Feeling that something was amiss, Kris trotted the berth of the ship, her boots clicking on the hardwood floor. Sliding the blade from the scabbard, she held it in two hands.
Hearing a creaking noise near the side, she rushed over, but everything went silent. Cracking her neck again, she continued down, deep in thought.

Alex hear footsteps. She automatically had her hand on the handle of the katana. As though instincts told her. 'Heavy footsteps. Probaly boots. Maybe...that lady named Kris?'
She walked slowly towards the noise without making to much noise herself. She prayed silently to herself.

He slid down the railing a bit, stopping at bottom. He slid into the water a swam the few feet to his raft. "Alright, lets get back to town." He cranked the engine and it roared to life.

Rayla turned over to see Kris patrolling the outskirts of the deck. She adjusted her hat and waved at her.
"Kris! Over here!"
She probably could have seen her, but that didn't occur to her at first. She trotted over to Kris and smiled feintly at her.
"You're up late too?"

She slid the weapon into the floor, the blade cutting through it easily. "Yes..."
Her vibrant green eyes narrowed. "Look. I have a feeling that I can trust you. There's something wierd about that Joker guy. I heard him on the phone...he was talking to a 'King'. The only King I know...is the Machette King."

Alex heard what Kris said. She stepped out of her hiding spot. "I saw him leave and I heard the motor to make sure I wasn't going crazy and seeing things and all. And don't hit me."
She begged. "I'm not eavesdropping. I just happened to be here."

Kris stared with a confused look on her face. "Motor...you mean he...aww crap. I knew I heard something near the side, but then it stopped."
"DAMMIT!" She swung the blade at a post, and sliced through it with almost no resistance. "Crap..."

Rayla blinked a few times and sighed. She shook her head and laughed softly.
"You...sure? He seemed nice...."
She leaned over the railing and looked into the water.
"I think....you might have been mistaken...He might know...another king...maybe.."
Rayla screamed and fell over when Alex appeared. She stood up and brushed herself of, blushing lightly.
"D-dont...scare me.."

After three hours of being gone he was now working his way back up the ship, a single bullet gone from his chamber. "Damn, this thing is freakin' huge." He planted his foot on the side before slipping over the railing. "Damn, that was hard. I need to start working out."

Alex jumped back. "God! Be careful with that. Can't you see it's real?"
Her heart was pounding so loud to her that she thought that the other could hear it. "Well, I'm Alex. And you two? And sorry for scaring you like tha..." She didn't finish her sentence when she heard someone getting back on board on the ship.

"You just keep on telling yourself that. Then when you're wrong, we'll see who's nice then." Kris walked off, blade dragging on the ground.
Several hours later, her ears picked up the sound of a motor. Again. Sprinting over to where she first heard the noise, Kris withdrew the falchion, and pointed it at the man who was climbing over the railing.
"Who are you really, and what's your connection to the Machette King?"

He held his hands up,"What the hell are you talkin' about." He turned around slowly. "And my connection with him is that he killed my father back in Dublin." He looked at her,"Is this how you always treat newbies, by intergating them?" He looked down at her,"Please remove your falchion from me."

Rayla smiled feintly at Alex and nodded.
"...Rayla..."
She ran over to see what the commotion was, and stared at Joker climbing up the ship.
"Whered you go?"
She glanced from Kris to Joker, not sure who to trust. She set her hand on Kris' shoulder and feintly smiled.
"Let him on...ask him questions if you'd like...just don't leave him hanging off the side.."
