"Oh don't be like that. It's not like that at all. If I need space from you, don't worry, I'm going to be clear about it, and you'll KNOW. I don't mind having you around, Hell, I'm even getting used to it, but...." Shae shook her head slowly. "I don't know what to do. I don't know so much. I don't know what's going on. I know you've told me so much, but I still don't feel like I understand. I don't know why these decisions are being decided by me, and I have no idea why I'm leading us against an apparent enemy that I don't have any experience with!"

It all came out in one breath, these thoughts that had been twirling in her brain ever since she had gotten involved with the brothers. She just looked at him, and quietly said "I'm lost. I'm so lost I don't knwo if up or down is left or right!"

"Oh that's IT!" She hadn't even been angry before, it had simply been frustration. But he DARED act like this to her?! The kiddie gloves were off. Watching him walk away from her, she lost control. How DARE he?! She tried to control her voice, but ended up shouting anyways.

"You wanted a ******** teacher, and I'm trying my GODDAMNED BEST even though I don't know what I'm supposed to be teachng you! Then my life is repeatedly threatened, and now you claim you don't NEED ME?!" Shae got up, seeing only red. "You can beat him on your own? That you're stronger than all of us? Let's see..." she slid in a sparring stance, knees bent, feet balanced. "Let's see if you can take me. Maybe once I beat the s**t out of you, you'll start talking sense again."

She startled growling deep in her chest, and bared her teeth. This probably wasn't the best way to solve the situation, but she was sick of talking things through. That just ended with hurt feelings that stayed hidden. This way, everything was on the table. One on one. Raw emotion. this was Shae's way of dealing with things.

Words. Every ******** time with the words. Hit me with your hands, not with your tongue. She narrowed her eyes at him. "Clearly you have some beef with me, so spit it out and put your money where you mouth is... unless you're afraid of being beat up by a little girl? What's the matter? so what if I'm a beast? I came to terms with that a LONG time ago, and I don't need anyone's approval." She growled at him again.

"I can't make you fight, but all i see from you is all talk and no action. Let's go." Gotta get this out of your system somehow... Crying never solved anything, and wordplay was never my forté. Just fight me strait up, no hidden clauses. She begged him in his mind. She always felt better after a fight. Everything was clean, a new slate to write on every time. "I'll even keep my claws out of the way." She tucked her hands into fists as best she could, and just as she finished, she 'stepped' forward... It had a cat-like quality to the movement though. More of a jump forward, but clearly it was a sort of step.

"I hope you're happy." She snarled, and lunged forward, wrapping her arms around his waist to pull him to the ground.

He stayed still. She couldn't believe it. All that anger, and he wouldn't even raise a hand to her. He was bottling it up. GREAT. "So you got me all angry for nothing then?" She asked softly and rhetorically. She stayed still now. The toll of not sleeping, not eating. and still having a broken hand had made her efforts harder than they needed to be.

"Why are we fighting anyways, and why won't you fight back?" she lifted herself up slowly, stretching her groaning muscles. "I'm supposed to be your teacher, right? Well, how am I supposed to teach you unless you fight back? Maybe right now isn't the best time, but I don't know what you want from me..." She sat back down beside him, massaging her left wrist.

"I can't smack some sense into you if you won't smack me back. I'm stupid sometimes too."

"Lo--" She blushed a few different shades of red while he corrected himself. Romance... is too complicated... I've always been alone, why is this changing? Shae looked at him, This shouldn't be bothering me...

The girl shook her head, "I can't hit someone who won't hit me back. I feel bad." Her chest rumbled with a deep but quiet growl. She didn't like people not treating her as an equal... but there wasn't a lot that she could do about that. She was resigned to her fate.

She looked around the brightening forest, suddenly feeling her need for sleep more than she had before. She let her eyes droop, just resting them. The next second however, she had flopped down on Granu, and was snoring softly. She was tired.

Shae stayed asleep as she was carried, still snoring. She was THAT tired. Usuaully she would have woken screaming and kicking at being handled as such. The dreams running through her head were nice and slow....Running.... always running forward. There were trees, and other animals, but she paid them no heed, just kept running.
She didn't know if it was away from something, or to something, it didn't matter. She wasn't scared, there were her brothers running beside her.
At least, she thought they were her brothers, she couldnt turn her face to look at them. But she 'felt' their presence, and it was comforting.
