It's Neoshin again coming in with more you guessed it, taijutsu moves
Tsunade:
Isshi Resshin: A Taijutsu technique that only the strongest ninjas can accomplish. With just one finger, the ninja can merely tap the ground and create an enormous split in the earth before them. Of course, with this strength, one finger could do more to the enemy directly.
Sasuke:
Shishi Rendan: A Taijutsu technique following the Kage Konoha Buyou (Shadow Leaf Dance), putting both the ninja and their opponent in the air, giving the attacking ninja the advantage. Four separate blows are delivered: a roundhouse kick, followed by a powerful backhand blow.

the first one is too powerful as it would make everyone think they had limitless strength if we gave it to anyone. . .
and the second one should be in there. its called Lion combo I think

Once a training has been completed do I need to change my profile or does a mod change my profile to work in the new things. I'm not quite sure that I get how it works.

Once you complete a training you will need to post the training complete in the "Training Complete Thread". Put your character's name, the village you are from, the technique learned, the skill points earned, and a link to the training. When the MODs have the time they will then update your profile on the member's list in your village.

Am I able to learn the dance of the dragon?, Because Neoshin could just use his chakra and do the konoha whirlwind to create one or use his torando fist in a combination to make one, and it does'nt say it's a ninjutsu attack

You can't make different ways of preforming techniques without it being an entirely different technique. Tis the downfall of most Taijutsu fighters.

If a ninja learns Tobidougu, the weapon summoning technique, does that mean they can't learn another summoning till blahblah experience?

Lady Ke-Ke I have a question!!!!!!................... If a ninja learns Tobidougu, the weapon summoning technique, does that mean they can't learn another summoning till blahblah experience? If you learn the technique, then you can use it to summon weapons whenever you like. You don't get a limit to how many times you can use it.
