The name of this particular variety of human is called Double Entendre. She is a shy and fretful creature with a pessimistic outlook on life.
A major otaku, her hobbies include writing fanfiction, drawing pictures (mostly fanart), and watching anime. It should be noted that she greatly enjoys slash and yaoi. Her favorite anime series are Rurouni Kenshin, Gravitation and Peacemaker Kurogane. She is very excited about seeing Naruto once it comes on television and hopes to add it to her list of favorites once she watches it.
Her non-otaku activities include listening to music, jogging, and watching American television. She hates school with a burning passion and hopes that someday, somehow she will be able to escape for good.
That is all you need to know about Double Entendre.

HI, I am a massive anime/manga freak (some say otaku) and pretty much that is my only "hobby".
I am probably older than most (all?) of you here, but I am betting you can put up with me anyway as I am NOT your mother. (Or am I? Are you worried about it now? Do you know where your mother is?)

I'm Ellisen, if for no other reason than all the good names were taken. I dare say I am older than most Gaians. The Gaians older than I are pretending to be young and that frightens me.
I am not easily frightened.
I enjoy reading, although I don't read much manga. I enjoy a variety of music, although not enough of a variety to include country, polka and most rap. I enjoy sports, even going so far as to play them.
My current favorite anime are Honey and Clover and Zettai Shonen. I'm strictly a fansub watcher due to my lack of overpriced cable.
I am currently listed as a non member. I guess that means some fright-filled initiation rite awaits me.
Again, I am not easily frightened.
Finally, I have little ambition for the look of my avatar, although a coffee cup, newspaper and glasses would do nicely.

I'm probably one of the youngest in the guild if not the youngest. x.x It always seems to be that way.
I'm from Canada. Yay. I love my country. n.n
Anime/Manga I like (In no particular order) are Ghost in the Shell, Witch Hunter Robin, .Hack//SIGN, .Hack//DUSK, Card Captor Sakura, Chobits, Fruits Basket, Love Hina, Naruto, Bleach, Yu-gi-oh, Digimon, Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle, Kare Kano, MARS, Demon Diary, Jing: King of Bandits, Peach Girl, Full Metal Alchemist.
Bands I like (In no particular order) Green Day, Evanescence, Nickelback, The Rasmus, Bowling for Soup, Garbage, Linkin Park, Our Lady Peace, Three Doors Down, Orange Range, The Killers, Fall Out Boy, The All-American Rejects. There's more, but I didn't feel like boring you by listing everything.
Annoying stuff: Teen drama, rap music, embarassment, history, my father, writing lines and having a crush on someone.
...You don't care about the other stuff. x.x
