Alright then. Let's get on our way.
He began to head towards the door, Vargus and the others following him. He paid Grace for the room's rent and said goodbye. Then, he worked his way out of town, checking to make usre everyone was behind him, before heading down the road towards the City of Elders.

Damrius had been trailing in the middle of the group. To the side mostly, but that was pretty much it. He had kep pulling his hand up, and looking at the black lightning mark on his wrist, and wondering why he got it. What did it mean?
Volt couldn't have stayed longer, could he? No. Why did my lightning turn black anyway...? I should test that out.
Damrius then trailed behind to the end of the group, almost six feet behind Silver. That is when he started to form a little ball of lightning energy. Nothing fancy. Not enough to catch anyone's attention. At least, not if they weren't paying attention.
It's normal...
but as soon as he said that, he then whispered lightly "Black Lightning" And the ball turned into a black one, reaching the size of his head. It was unintentional, but it had happened none the less. He quickly drew the energy back into his body, and then felt a slight tingling sensation on his wrist.
As he looked, he saw the black mark had grown. Barely noticable at all, but he had been staring at it so long he noticed it. He then, quit looking, and caught back up at his spot of the trail, staring at the ground.

Its a good day's journey from here. Luckily for us, the plains is the only real terrain we'll be crossing over on our way there, and for the most part the animals that live here aren't something to worry about unless you get careless and let your mind wander.
Ryudo was walking at a decent pace, his arms crossed across his waist, his trenchcoat flowing slightly behind him.

Damrius looked up at mateus and Alysse. He had never gotten to know anything about them... now was his chance?
So Umm... What do you two... do?

Damrius said this, and caught a glimpse of himself in the spike on his guantlet. He saw the lightning bolts in his eyes, and averted his attention to the back of Ryudo's coat.
Hide the eyes... something is wrong with them...

Damrius shrugged. He was through with questioning the stiff.
He backed off a bit. An idiotic question. But he had one more... Maybe one of them could answer it...
Have you ever seen Black Lightning before? Being as in using an attack... and have you ever seen this...
Damrius pulled off his right guantlet, and showed to his best extent the black lightning bolt creeping down the vein line on his wrist.

Damrius looked back at Silver and nodded. Then backed off. He was now behind silver, and slipping his glove on. Damn he wished they could get some sleep.
