I unfortunatly remember everything of my history.... i was born in the year 1698 the second son of an affluent up and coming merchant in boston massachusetts. being the second son i was allowed more flights of fancy than my older brother who would take up the family business after our father died. I always had my head in a book reading about far off places and mysteries, and it is then i first got my fascination with wolves. Our father was often away on business trips around the world, but no matter how long he went he always came back and when he did he would give us the greatest presents. For me it was always more books , but no book would stand out like the one i got for my belated 12th birthday present. even if all my other memories fade away i will still remember that day. He came back from his ship the Icarus a dreary june morning to our house at around ten in the morning. With him was a large brown package i instantly recognized as a book. As i tore open the packaging a weird chill came over my body, this book was nothing ordinary. my father seeing my obvious enthrallment laughed and said he figured i would like it, it had called my name in the old shop in france where he got it. When i read the simple name my stomach turned to ice. Mysteries of the World was the title and it had a great sea serpent on the cover. I spent all night reading that book, one part especially though caught my attention. it was all about werewolves, their history, how to spot them, and how to become one. Right then i began to imagine what it would be like to become a mighty werewolf my young mind not able to comprehend the consequences of such an act. * sits up for a second to pause and contemplate saddness clearly evident in his eyes* im sorry this is difficult for me to tell, you will be the first and most likely the last to every hear my whole story, i will continue in a moment

*He breaks his attention from the beauty around him and slowly continues to walk around the edge of the lake. This was his domain even if he were part of this new clan. He would claim this as his haven and his home for as long as he could defend it. He continues to walk around the rather large lake until he smells blood in the air. The smell is old and nearly gone, but his old nose could still pick up the trail to the source. He follows the scent quickly trying not to lose it, but something comes into sight that makes him stop dead in his tracks almost frozen in fear. There lying infront of him was the mutilated carcass of another wolf. "Who could have done this...?" He approaches the badly mutilated body while observing every visible detail on the carcass. There was no scent of another creature being here. Not even the smallest of scavengers had touched this carcass so whatever had killed this poor b*****d must have done something to ward away other predators. As he got closer his nose filled with the stench of animal waste. This is why no other animals had touched the corpse. Whatever had killed the wolf had also deficated on the corpse to keep others away. A new scent filled the air as Raven examined the corpse. The creature, or atleast one like it, had returned to finish its meal. The creature's scent lingered on the edge of the trees not far from the shore line where the body lay. A pair of red eyes peer out from the darkness of the trees, and every muscle in Raven's body tenses as he faces the brute who had murdered his brother. "Show yourself demon! I will serve you the same fate that befell my kin!" He bares his gleaming teeth as a low growl immanates from him. He stands his ground as the creature prepares to meet him*

She hears the strained silence that often precedes a storm, but knows it is localized to a single area. Intrigued, she looks over at Fenris.*

*smiles and nods his thanks knowing that he shares a kindred soul in Ces*
So i continued to read and it tells you there are three ways to become a werewolf, the first everyone knows, you have to be bitten by one. The second method i will not mention for it is horrible and those words that you must say will never be uttered from mouth again unless absolutely necessary. the third... the third is the choice i took. On a full moon night you must go and find a wolf print left by a trueblood wolf that has filled with rainwater and is reflected in the moonlight. The next night was a full moon and it had been raining for days so there would be plenty of water. when the next day came i packed up everything i needed for my trip into the wilderness, book included. I almost didnt go for that day had been bright and shining and fearing the water had dried up in the intense heat i figured it would be fruitless. still though my mind was made up. That night i snuck out into the moonlit night sneaking my way through the city till i had made it into the woods. i hadnt been in the forest for more than a few hundred yards before i heard the first cry and it scared me so badly i began to cry for fear of being eaten, yet still i went on. Eventually i came to a clearing not much unlike this one and there on the soft ground was a footprint of a wolf bigger than my hand , and it was filled with rainwater. I cupped my hands and filled them with water from the print and greedily began to drank. by the time the water had settled to my stomach my face was down in the ground and i was sucking up the rest of the water not even caring much of it was dirt. the rest is blackness...i woke the next morning feeling stuffed but better than i ever had in my life. Everything was so alive! i could smell new things and feel in such a way i didnt think possible, even my eyesight was better i thought. saddened that my experiment hadnt worked but still pleased that i now felt so good i quickly went back home and cleaned up before anyone noticed i was missing. I was such a fool everything was fine untill the next full moon....i killed them all...my brother my father my brothers and myselfs nannies, the coach driver the stable boy, everyone. i even slaughtered the horses and tore their necks off to drink their hot blood. I woke up covered in the blood and gore of those i loved. i dont remember much from that day only howling and tearing apart that accursed book and running through the streets till i made it to the forest. i wandered about in those early forests for years in a mindless rage, looking back on it it was prolly almost fifty years before the old shaman found me. I was not a normal werewolf, i wouldnt just change when the moon was out i was always in my werewolf form; i had completely lost my humanity and stalked the woods for prey killing anything bears, deer, moose, people it didnt matter. But that night asi was hunting i smelled smoke, and something drew me to it. It made me sedate the closer i got to it. eventually i came to a campfire around which an old indian sat slowly humming and looking directly at me. I didnt know why but instead of going into a killing rage i came to the edge of the light and sat there staring at the shaman while he stared back at me still humming while i inhaled the smoke... I cannot tell you what i learned with the shaman for those are sacred secrets of thetans, but i can tell you some things. he told me that i drank from a wolfs paw that was a direct descendent of Fenrir the Wolf God and he gave me the name Fenris; son of Fenrir. he also gave me this *he transforms into his human form and pulls down his shirt showing an odd necklace made from feathers and teeth strung together with rawhide of some kind* it has been stuck to my skin ever since then it is what allows me to be able to transform from my four states at will. you have seen three of them, sometime you will see the fourth. I think this is a good stopping point for now later i will tell you how i came to be the protector of those packs of wolves, i am tiring of talking for now. should you like to do something else?

*is awed and amazed by Fenris's story, so entranced in it that she hardly remembered the events happening around them. She had never heard of becoming a werewolf like that, and the story left her momentarily speechless.*

*Raven's eyes burn brightly as his rage hightens to an unbearable point. The creatures slowly makes its way out of its hiding place and into the moonlight. Its muscular body sways with each sluggish step towards him with its dark fur blowing gently in the wind. Its hellish looking eyes fixed on him as though it meant to devour his soul, and its muzzle is covered in several scars with two large teeth hanging over its bottom lip. Its pointed ears stand strait up and its large and powerful tail sways from side to side as if the sight of Raven intrigues it to no end. The creatures powerful crimson paws tighten and relax with each step it takes causing its claws to jut out from the slits in its large toes. Raven stares at the creature defiantly not letting it come near his fallen kin. He is will kill this demon and send it back from whence it came with him chasing after it into the deepest part of hell. The two now face each other both on their guard and locked in each others stare knowing that the first to flinch would lose the advantage and most certainly be struck down first. Raven thinks to himself: "Its been some time since I've had to fight, but make no mistake...I will kill you..." He continues to stare down the hellcat knowing that the air will soon be filled with the scent of blood*

*Ces's ears pick up the low growl of an evil creature near the lake saying: "Show yourself demon! I will serve you the same fate that befell my kin!"*
*she looks at Fenris and nods her head towards the lake, and in a swift moment they are practically flying to the scene in giant soundless strides.*
