You know, all this talk of snow and stuff make me all the more grateful that both my Asian and Western sides are involved with no snow at all XD
Go Cali/KL XD

I love snow... >>;
I couldn't dream of a non-white Christmas. Sad.
Except for in Colorado Springs- the mountains collected all the snow before the storms would hit us. But jeez, was it cold.
And in California, it's so smoggy, you can barely see a clear picture of the sun. It's like this blurry yellow bulb in the sky. That's southern Cali, though. Not too sure about Northern...

I didn't go to class today. So I slept for once. Oh yeah, I'm bad. cool My professor hates me for not trying to drive there. I've missed two days this week because of el storm she doesn't want me to miss more. She hates me so much and thinks I'm just being a-lazy. She's one of those radical feminist man-hating machine type professors. @__@ When it comes to California, I hate southern california. I don't mind places like Santa Cruz though. I hate Southern California, too.
Mainly, I hate highways, especially the 5, 405, and 205.
There are ******** crazy drivers on that road! A semi-truck cut us off this past time. I was so scared... jittery, stuttering, I even put on my seat belt. xd
Is that picture from where you are?

Yeah, I took that picture earlier; it's in the backyard... well more like the sideyard. dramallama But I won't be here much longer, I'll be staying in a hotel in Olympia (the capital; it's about an hourish from Seattle) in a couple weeks... spend Christmas break there. cool Then off to Shelltown and Bremerton!
♪ Where in the world is GL Sandiago ♪
Tell me about the crazy drivers! Hell yeah they are ballistic. Man, it's like the ultimate death struggle trying to get to Safeway! I'm scared for my life on any street.

I know this is random, but that's why I'm posting it here.
I absolutely CANNOT believe what just happened. I just opened a Christmas gift early, and I think it's probably the most priceless, wonderful gift I have EVER received.
About a month ago, my mom had tried very, very hard to win me some fairly valuable Queen memorabilia over eBay. Sadly, she didn't win any of the auctions, but she did get my name out there to this one British woman. My mom told her my story, about how I get straight A's, how my mom gave up a wonderful, well-paying career just to be with me (she now works with a newspaper company; money's always been tight), but especially about how I love Queen and Freddie Mercury with a strong passion, how I, even at the age of 14, support AIDS research, and that I would love to be the one to find the cure, or atleast help find the cure. The woman decided to send my mom a package for me, over the Atlantic, for no charge whatsoever. She didn't even charge for shipping. She told my mom to just tell me, "Merry Christmas" for her.
Before I opened the package, I thought it was probably a second-hand 45 or something, which I would have appreciated and loved dearly, but what I got was so much more. At first, when I opened the package, a postcard or two fell out. Unmarked, with Freddie on them. I was in awe enough at that. Then, some old Queen stickers from the early- mid-1990's came out. "Cool," I thought. Without warning, a bunch of pictures plopped into my lap. Pictures of Freddie, pictures of Queen, and so on. There was even one from Live Aid. I picked up the picture from Live Aid, thinking it was a mini poster, and realized it was a little bit too glossy to be a poster, and a little too thick. I turned the picture over, and saw the paper that it was printed on. And almost peed my pants.
Well, it turns out that that woman was a professional photographer, and she had sent me the actual photographs from Queen concerts that she had been to over the years.
I about had a heart attack; it's still hard for me to breathe.
So yeah, I thought I should share that with you!

That's awesome. =D
Hm... This could've been posted in Back Chat, where it would've gotten more recognition, I'm sure (Ahaha, welcome to my thread that mostly the Crew... and GL only come in xD).
Sadly, my Christmas is going to be rather... lackluster. Hard finantial times, ya' know? But I guess I'm okay with it. 'Haven't known much else.
'Hope you enjoy the pictures, though. =D That's really awesome.

Tell me about it! Man I was in Tumwater (Yeah odd name, I know... odd town come to think of it gonk ) a few weeks ago when that psycho windstorm hit us. "Winds gusted to a record 69 mph about 1 a.m. Friday at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, breaking the old mark of 65 mph set in 1993. Winds were clocked at 113 mph near Mount Rainier."- Komo 4 NewsAll my friends and the rest of the millions around the area lost power. Luckily I was in a hotel that week with power. Nice. cool So then I rocketed to Shelltown then hopped around on the Ferries in Bremerton, I thought the winds would kill me. @___@ But I'm alive for now, so woohoo. dramallama For some reason these lethal storms seem to follow me... They are no match. I'm invincible. cool It'll take a couple of hurricanes and Asteroids to finish me off. cheese_whine
