Oh yeah, I just remembered..the loading times in Suikoden V were tedious too. I got pretty ticked whenever I watched some serious event happen and expect another to come flashing again only to see a running Prince or transporting Viki with a "Loading..." at the bottom.
But I still love the game.

But, if you've played Tales of the Abyss (jap), the loading time in S5 won't bother you because Tales of the Abyss takes longer and happens more frequently than S5 sweatdrop

I missed that one too... though the new fishing game was enough to keep me occupied.
I wish they would make a second suikoden V title though -- I mean, a suikoden V gaiden game like what Suikoden Tactics (a.k.a. Rhapsodia) is to Suikoden IV. I just want to see more of the Suikoden V cast ^_^

Hmm, what would it be about? It'd be cool if it was like an epilogue quest to follow up on what happened to everyone (well almost everyone since some of them went missing..).
Like maybe a compilation of sidequests such as helping Marina getting Belcoot to propose to her? Or training the new Queen's Knights? Or finally tracking down the remanants of Nether Gate once and for all! whee

-MaHiRu-Kyo- Wonder when they'll get the cooking minigame back whee In the Suikoden that either takes place 5 years before S3, or 10 years after S3. How I know this, I do not know. We should write a letter to Konami though... I miss that cooking game.

Chikuu Ohsaka Like maybe a compilation of sidequests such as helping Marina getting Belcoot to propose to her? Oh GODS NO. That pairing makes me cry! Well I wouldn't say that it would succeed or anything. Cuz like Hazuki will be part of that mini-story and I totally support the Belcoot/Hazuki pairing vs. Belcoot/Marina. 3nodding

She doesn't show that much personality sweatdrop And Belcoot doesn't seem attracted to her. She doesn't either. All she's after is beating him in a deul or something. Well, that's what it looks like to me anyway. neutral

Well if Konami decides to make a Suikogaiden for V, I think they should definitely explore that relationship. I think I may have forgotten but doesn't Belcoot go somewhere east after V? To Kanakan or whatever the country's called where he learned his swordsmanship? I also believe that's where Hazuki is from and she proceeds to follow him(?).
The Belcoot/Hazuki pairing has potential! The fact that she went out of her way (besides some code of honor crap) to find and fight him hences some weird twisted attraction. sweatdrop
And it'd be funny to see Marina get jealous all over again. It's like a Tenchi Muyo-kinda-thing going on between these 3.

Maximum Potch You must have already recruited the armor shop owner to your armies cause for this trick to work. Once this has been done, go to his shop. This glitch involves some simple calculations, use the following example as a guide to see how it is done. Equip one character with Dragon Armor (23,000 potch), and make sure that at least two other characters have no armor equipped, but can wear Dragon Armor. You should also have 23,000 to 30,000 potch. Talk to the armorer, go to buy, then choose to purchase Dragon Armor. When prompted to place it in the bag or to equip it, choose to equip it on the character already wearing Dragon Armor. When prompted to sell the old armor or put it in the bag, cancel the action. You should still be in buying mode for the armor. Simply purchase and equip the two armorless characters Dragon Armor. The potch meter will reset to somewhere around 999,999. Contributed By: Katra000 http://www.gamefaqs.com/console/psx/code/198844.htmlAnyone ever tried that and get it to work? I've been trying and it doesn't work. Unless I'm not doing it right... neutral
