If you were rolled fifth, you only need to list your top five; if you were rolled twenty fifth, you should list your top twenty five. If you want an item which has an unlimited quantity, you only need to list it once; for example, if you are rolled 45th and only wanted an IC RP Item you would just need to PM the mule which IC RP Item you wanted. Winning Procedures

Winners will have 72 hours to send a preference list to the shop mule, The Space Cauldron. If a winner does not contact the mule by that time, the they will forfeit their slot. You may switch your position on the winner’s list with another player provided you both consent to this. You can only switch positions with someone if they participated in the event and claimed a ticket.

Powered characters do not get civilian art and are only guaranteed the first stage of powered art. Second and third stage art are free to grow, but you must hit requirements first! If you have any art listed on your preference list, please use the specific title of that character (for example: “Guardian Cat A by Artist” would be appropriate, not ‘the cat’). The more information we have about your requirements, the easier it will be to work through the winner’s preference lists and the earlier we can announce prizes!

Please remember that if you choose a piece of art that is still in the WIP stage that it may take longer to get the character into play because your artist needs to finish the piece!

Please make sure you thank the artists; they went out of their way to provide so many wonderful pieces for the shop and they deserve a little extra appreciation and gratitude for all of their hard work! Your RP moderators worked incredibly hard to come up with a fun ORP and interesting prompts to earn raffle tickets, and we are very proud of our entire staff. Thank you all for participating and we look forward to an exciting new year!

If you won a semi-custom or custom, please contact the artist to discuss details! If you won finished art, please make sure you save the image of your character and upload it to your website of preference! If you won a Crown Token, please remember to post it in the Crown Token thread! If you won a growth item, please make sure to post it in the Growth Item thread. If you won an IC item, please review the information about them and remember to quote or PM the mule when you are using the item so we can keep a record of it! If you did not decide which IC RP Item you wanted, you will need to let us know which item you select before you use it! However! There has been an update to IC RP Item procedure!

Rather than just PMing the mule, we had some players request a public log to help keep track of their growth items. We've set one up here so moving forward, any IC RP Items you claim should be posted here! This will be done in the same format as Growth Items, but full instructions can be found in the thread! If you have any questions, please PM the mule!

If you won a new character, you do still need to get them stamped! Please note: You must complete a profile for your character and post for a stamp before January 31st. Your character does not need to have a stamp, but you need to have a completed profile and be working towards earning a stamp. If you have not posted by January 31st you forfeit your character and the prize will be recycled to the shop to be used in a future event. Powered art does not come with civilian art, so you will need to acquire civilian art at a later date (though, having powered art means you can play your character's civilian and powered forms!)
