O.o Apparently since V finally gets a day off of work, all the battle challengers also took a day off. Where did they go?!

Freyr wanders deep into the battle area, looking for another monarch like himself.
He eventually finds one, and after sizing each other up, they begin to exchange blows.
Freyr hits first, taking a very nice shot at his slightly-slower opponent. However, his opponent reacts with almost as nice a blow himself. This should prove to be a very level battle!
Back and forth the two monarchs exchange blows and at no point is who will emerge triumphant clear. Not until the last shot is taken and one falls would anyone have figured out... but it is Freyr.

Kage finds himself an opponet of the same stature, but he can tell this one has less muscles.
Before his opponent can size up what she's against, Kage already has a hit in.
And that's how the fight continues; Kage is merciless.
And he wins.

((Battle was posted before the post about morphing. Battles take place (or don't take place *sweatdrop*) when they are posted, and therefore Phinn would have been level 1 for that))
Phinn finds an opponent!
He's a bit bigger than Phinn is, but Phinn seems to have more muscle mass. Should be an interesting one. =D
And they're at it!
Each takes an opening swipe with the tail at the other, moving quickly forward and back. Ooh! Looks like Phinn slipped a little and gave the opponent a better chance. >_<
But got right back in again.
Aww, man! Phinn missed this time. Looking like a bad day... and several smaller hits by the opponent and Phinn's done.
5 points for a loss. sad

Kage also finds himself an opponent and opens with a roar, to see if he can get the opponent to run ( xd ).
No phasing this one, and shi swipes at him with a wing instead of running.
-That- was a bad idea. Kage clamps down with his mouth and using his muscle strength, tugs. It shreds the membrane a bit and his opponent roars in pain, tugging the wing away. @_@
Shi immediately changes tactics, doing quick, small, hit-and-runs... that everyone who has ever watched Kage fight knows drives him into a rage. sweatdrop
He misses. And misses.
And gets so angry that when he does connect, a snap is heard... and his opponent is out.
10 points for a win.
